Not been training with Paul very long but have found the nutrition guide and workouts very helpful. Definitely benefited with Paul's guidance. I'm lifting heavier, feeling stronger and starting to change shape for the better.

My first experience using a personal trainer. Paul is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, who does 1-2-1 and online training. He provides his expertise through an convenient app, everything is all in one place so both yourself and he can track your progression with training and nutrition which he regularly updates. Highly recommend!

Having worked with Paul for the last coupe of months I can say he is brilliant! Not only has he sorted my diet to give me the best results without making food dull, he’s also created sessions which challenge and work everything I asked for. I’ve seen great results which have pushed me to achieve even more.
His check ins are spot on and his friendly attitude makes asking questions (no matter how silly I think they are) easy and he explains everything.
All in all I cannot wait to work out and paul has given me a passion for fitness I didn’t know I had!

Out of all the pt's I've had over the last few years Paul is hands down the best, he gives great nutrition and work out plans and pushes you to limits that you never thought you could reach, he is very friendly and goes out of his own way to answer and give advice to any questions you have, I highly recommend anybody to give this a go and can truly say you will not be disappointed
