Sam is an extremely knowledgeable and really approachable coach and PT.
I have had PT sessions with Sam and also used his programming and seen massive improvements- particularly in gymnastics.
His programming is accessible to all abilities and you feel the progress your making through the 8 weeks. (For me, some programmes are all about testing in wk1 then waiting to test again in the final week - obviously you do get that comparison - but I noticed improvements week by week too).
As a PT Sam is really relaxed and patient. He has a great ability to identify where you aren’t efficient in a movement and breaks it down with simple cues to make it better. I always leave his sessions improved and knowing exactly what I can work on.

I cannot recommend Sam enough! He’s an incredibly patient yet encouraging coach with a wealth of knowledge in his field! His calm CrossFit style Mary Poppins approach gives you the confidence to push yourself towards your goals in the safest possible way! If you are thinking of improving your fitness in any capacity, Sam is the coach for you!! Sam is an excellent coach - very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to communicate with his clients. I've been working with Sam in both PT sessions and by following his programming for 4 or 5 months now and have made many significant improvements in both weightlifting and gymnastics. A service well worth the time and money!

I went to Sam for some specific coaching for gymnastics, namely muscle ups. I knew I had the component parts I just couldn’t link it together with coordination not being my strength. Sam identified quickly, the missing link to my success and was able to offer me some really quick cues and extra programming to allow me to apply them to the movement, and within 2 sessions I was flying high!
I would highly recommend Sam for Personal Training. Thoroughly professional, experienced Coach with an attention to detail.

Sam is an incredibly knowledgeable coach who has is able to break the most complex movements and instructions into easy, bitesize chunks.
His programming is also clear, scaled well and easy to access, and he is incredibly approachable.
I've never left a session without feeling like I've made bags of progress!
