I'd recommend anyone to give JD Fitness Journey a try - it's really helped me to make good changes in my life. Jude's 1 to 1 sessions are great for building your confidence in doing exercise, it's given me more energy, is a great stress reliever and is actually fun! Jude is an amazing coach and friendly person and I love my sessions with her. I hadn't done any boxing before and now I absolutely love it. The sessions are really fun and you can feel yourself getting better each week. It has really helped me build confidence and upper body strength. 100% recommend!!!

I have been training with Jude for over a year now. I had never tried boxing but I love it now. Jude worked at my pace to build my confidence and skills and as a 60+ year old woman I feel stronger than I have in years. I started training with Jude approximately 4 months ago, I was low in confidence, and unfit.
Since training with Jude I have lost just over 4 stone and dropped in Jean sizes. I am fitter and pleased with my progress.

Would highly recommend the PT sessions with Jude.…..especially if you feel a little bit self conscious about going to a big gym or class. I hate big, commercial gyms where you feel like everyone is checking everyone else out and making judgements. This is far more relaxed and far less daunting. I have only done about 6 or 7 sessions and am already starting to see results.

We use Jude's fitness regimes and boxing sessions to keep our staff at their ultimate physical performance. Jude's coaching skills are excellent and maximise returns, particularly for our CEO who has improved his heart strength, technique and overall fitness significantly.
