From the very start, Beata has been so professional and inspiring. I feel as though my mindset has transformed so positively since choosing Beata to be my coach. She always motivates you and encourages you to reach your full potential. She has such a broad knowledge on weight training, and will answer any question you have in depth. I have learnt so much through Beata. I have recognised so many results and come to learn things about my body that I never knew. The sessions are intense and challenging but are also bearable. I look forward to them to the sessions and feel very accomplished afterwards. Beata encouraged me to do my first powerlifting competition which I was very nervous to try, but with her consistent support & guidance, I managed to hit pb’s in squatting, benching & deadlifting!! I have been able to believe in myself more through her uplifting me. She is honestly the best & she has helped me so much in every aspect!!

Beata is a fantastic coach! I met her through my uni's powerlifting club and I enjoyed training with her once a week so much that I decided to train with her fully outside of uni too.
She's always enthusiastic in all of my sessions, patient, understanding, and an incredible coach overall. She understands my goals and has helped me work towards gaining strength and improving my mobility. She pushes me to meet my goals and it showed in my first powerlifting comp where I smashed all my PBs!
I'm still training with her and I look forward to the rest of my lifting journey, I've added Olympic weightlifting alongside powerlifting because I just can't get enough of it!
I could not recommend her enough, she is brilliant and I suggest trying her 2-week trial!!
