I've been with Matt for over a year now and would recommend him to anyone. Uniquely, Matt is always willing to help and goes as far as to provide guidance on nutrition by looking over food diaries. His training style is excellent. The workouts are perfectly tailored to suit my needs and I have learnt a lot of new exercises through him. Weight lifting is something that I had never tried before I starting working with Matt; my idea of a gym workout two years ago was just to run on a treadmill for an hour or so which did not lead to any real change. Since I have been working out with Matt everyone has commented on the changes. I would highly recommend him.

I tried a boxing session with Matt back in October 2017 and absolutely loved it. I didn't think it would be my thing but enjoyed it so much I started having boxing lessons till last month and hope to continue again soon! Matt is fantastic to train with. He is professional, knowledgeable, fun and patient and was always very happy to answer any question I had. Matt
genuinely cares about his clients, and was always supportive and encouraging, especially when I couldn't remember moves! I can honestly say that not only has my fitness improved, my well-being has too.

Matt is really friendly and always asks how I am, which is really important especially because this is where you start to build a level of trust with your personal trainer. Training with Matt is fun and incredibly effective! He's incredibly knowledgable and has tailored my workouts based on my health needs and always explains the workouts to me! Within weeks of training with him I started seeing results! He's easy to talk to, understanding, motivates and encourages me every step of the way - especially when I feel like giving up! I did boxing with Matt which was a lot of fun and he made me realise how much fun boxing and exercising can be in general. He's a great person to go to for advice on healthy eating and advice on supplement intake. Matt explains things in a way that's easy to understand and always answers any questions! I trained with Matt for half a year. He is very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of effective advices which worked very well for me.
