Scott Bryant is a kind and genuine holistic health practitioner and nutritional coach.
He has extensive education, training and experience in the fields of holistic lifestyle coaching, nutritional coaching, and truly health improving exercise, as opposed to the more conventional personal trainers and nutritionists who follow a fragmented approach which is not fully holistic.
I completed an initial Skype consultation with Scott which lasted for over 2 hours and during this time Scott was able to give me some simple foundational recommendations and suggestions which I could begin implementing into my life straight away, in order to improve my health and reduce the level of stress in my life.
For anyone who is genuinely and truly interested in improving their health, fitness and wellbeing, I recommend that you complete an initial consultation with Scott because he is very thorough, methodical, and follows a truly holistic approach to healthcare and wellbeing.

I’ve been working with Scott for a month and can already notice changes both physically and mentally.
I found Scott at a time where I felt like I’d exhausted all options and felt helpless. I suffered with Lumbar Spondylolisthesis (L5/S1) which is a form of a disc herniation in the lower back. I was lucky enough to have found Scott at a time when I was suffering from both upper and lower back pain at a very young age, with two herniated discs and prolonged soreness and tension across my upper body. This was developed over the years of sedentary life style and incorrect training in the gym.
I found Scott’s website online by randomly searching for “pain + personal trainer” on google and his website came out on the top of the results. I was immediately attracted by the way he set out his training philosophy, and the unanimous positive feedback he received from previous clients. I gave him a ring immediately. Despite being made aware of my limited affordability, he spent 45 minutes with on the phone asking about and advising on my conditions. I was touched by the genuine care he showed to me as a stranger, more than many doctors I have seen.

Anyone can walk into a gym and hire a personal trainer, but with Scott what you get is a personalised bespoke service that is catered for you.
From my initial visit, I knew I was getting a specialist service. He wanted to know everything about me and did a complete analysis of my life including my eating, sleeping, day to day activities taking into account my 60hr working week in a stressful government role. He took into account any medical issues, how excerise for me in my 40's at the weight I am could impact any further stress on my body resulting in further problems.
Scott is a knowledgable person who has clearly invested an awful lot into the training. He clearly understands what is required for different people and my training is 100% bespoke for me.

Scott has been my coach for 18 months now and it has been a life changing experience. One that has changed me from a path of eating the wrong type of food, taking the wrong type of exercise and leading a stressful life that all made my body toxic: to one that has brought me to a place of optimal health and vitality. The changes that have occurred to my life have brought me to a place where I feel contentment and happiness and it is because of Scott’s support that I am here.
Scott initially helped me with the support and guidance to get me through the initial stages of getting to know metabolic typing, following the six foundation principles and directing me in the right direction with exercise. There are particular methods used by CHEK professionals that have the most marvellous effect on body and mind. Scott guided me through the experience and showed me how to do this.

As a Metabolic Typing Advisor Scott took me through the process of assessing my needs in relation to healing my gut by arranging specimen to be sent , analysis of results and ordering the correct supplements to help with this. He also helped me analyse my food intolerances. This process takes time and I continue to have consultations with Scott in order that the process continues. I have adrenal fatigue and it takes time to recover from this. Depression has been a considerable issue with me -which goes hand in hand with the adrenal fatigue. Thanks to Scott’s help in finding more deep rooted reasons for my depression and by using methods of dealing with, it has been addressed in ways conventional medicine has never been able to. The improvement so far has been considerable and I feel the difference has made my life so much more enjoyable.
I was guided by Scott through different cleanses to detoxify my body. These cleanses have resulted in me feeling amazing and I realise that the commitment I have made through balancing my body chemistry with metabolic typing had to precede these cleanses – thanks to Scott’s help. It was all a step change process and you very often have to be patient to get there. I started using Scott in late January as although I'm training a long time and have a good knowledge on fitness and diet(I thought I had) but wasn't getting the results for the time been spent. Scott used a an entire range of things I'd not heard of and I was very skeptical to put in mild, the biggest change was my food. I'd experimented with GI, Atkins, Paleo and other plans the last few years but Scott used something called "Metabolic Type diet" basically he asked me an extreme number of questions about what I eat and how I saw it effects on me and blood tests and this resulted in me giving up alot of what I thought were good foods but were essentially making my body gain fat but with Metobolic diet my dropped fast without muscle lost and reduced the unexplained fatigue I was suffering.

Have you got Parasites? Fungal infections? These are two very overlooked medical conditions that many doctors would poo poo if you felt you had them (excuse the pun). I caught parasites for a variety of reasons and my GP did not believe me. The NHS stool tests are a waste of time as they only look for 4-6 parasites when there are 3500 recorded. I had nowhere to turn. Being a fan of the work of Holistic Health Expert Paul Chek, I searched for a CHEK certified master practitioner & found Scott.
Scott is a master CHEK practitioner meaning unlike a nutritionist who is focused on nutrition, or a DR who is focused on the allopathic method, or a chiropractor etc focused on their skill he is well versed in all healing arts and views you as a holistic being.
It turns out among having very low hydrochloric acid levels in my gut making me susceptible to parasites I had a lot of stress far more than was realised and ended up with adrenal fatigue too which destroyed my immune system.
I had an initial consultation whereby Scott laid down the plan after reviewing my symptoms etc Within a few days I had my private stool sample sent out which is the worlds best lab. I then started my lifestyle and diet review which is a few documents that need to be filled out over a week so Scott can really know where my health sticking points are.
Moreover, we then did a metabolic type test which determines what foods your actually meant to eat for your genetic and geographical body type, quite incredible. Whilst im only two weeks in and about to start the metabolic type protocol to heal my issues such as gut and adrenals, and I am about to start the parasite cleanse shortly, Scott has saved me as I had nobody else to go to who had the experience or knowledge.
Scott is also a Shaman and during sessions he has been helping me with belief, entitlement and my dreams. I cant be grateful enough and recommend him if you want to loose weight, get in shape, heal any illness or disease you name it Scott is you Master.
