I’ve been training with Adam for the past three months and he is amazing. I’d read about him a year or so ago when I was thinking of making the (what seemed like back then) leap from vegetarian to vegan. I wish I’d contacted him sooner. Like most of us I was under the illusion that real workout results are only obtainable by cramming in endless amounts of animal protein.
Not only have my fitness, strength and energy improved considerably but my nutrition awareness and how it works with training is so much richer. Adam has been truly inspirational in explaining the benefits of a plant-based diet and how to incorporate that easily into daily life. Including recipes!
He is not the scream in your face to get results type of trainer. He is very methodical and knows just when and how much to push to get you to the next level.
He’s incredibly easy to chat to and very relaxed.
I’m about to work away for the next few months and will really miss our sessions. As soon as I’m back I’ll definitely be seeing him again!

I have been training with Adam for more than a month now, and I can say that I am really happy with the results so far - I notice improvements in my body strength and stamina, as well as general well-being! As a trainer, Adam knows when to push and challenge you, as well as encourage you when you are not feeling your strongest - it is all about finding the right balance for you! It is always a great chat, also!
I definitely would recommend Adam if you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer - in both fitness and nutrition, especially if you are curious about a plant-based diet! 🙌🏼

Adam has a very unique approach which goes way beyond just personal training. He puts an incredible amount of knowledge and experience into his website, plans, materials and all the other things that comes with the package. Returning back to exercise after shoulder surgery as well as suffering from arthritis in both knees, I know I'm not an easy client but Adam always found ways to work and strengthen exactly where I needed to. As a vegan myself, it was super important to train with someone who didn't have an archaic approach to food and protein that centred around meat - Adam must be hands down the most knowledgeable person in London and beyond when it comes to a plant based diet. Moreover, the other aspects of Adam's training which leans on a holistic approach to overall wellbeing, coupled with his own life experiences, truly means you'll receive one-of-a-kind coaching and plans.

I have been training with Adam for the past 3 years. Adam is extremely knowledgable in all things health and fitness. I particularly like that he is able to tailor my sessions on the spot according to my energy levels or to work on something specific. Excellent personal trainer and fitness coach at the higher end of his field, personable with a motivating approach. I progressed greatly under his coaching, resulting in a healthier balanced diet, change in lifestyle and significant weight loss, alongside increased fitness, strength and flexibility. I was already vegan, but benefited from Adam’s recommendations on specific aspects of diet and supplements. He designed interesting varied programmes, with different programme options, changed every 4 weeks. Information and training programmes were simple to access through his app, with written instructions and videos as well as multiple nutrition books being available. I found Adam after searching the Internet for a vegan London based PT. I have been vegan for three years and have been going to gym classes 4/5 times a week for years but didn’t feel I was developing anymore stamina/fitness or tone. I felt his own personal journey was inspiring regarding maintaining and regaining personal fitness. So I thought I would give his PT and Nutritional expertise a try.
Adam has been amazing. I totally agree with the other reviews that he’s a really affable guy and he knows just how to push you that little bit further. He’s had a caring organic approach to my program rather than some shouty trainers you imagine.
He’s educated me regarding addressing the macro balance of my diet. I’ve seen and felt amazing progress once I tracked my daily food consumption and increased my protein intake.
As a woman constantly bombarded with “less calories in, more calories out” regime, I approached the first month eating way under the calories he recommended I aim for. Of course I saw weight loss but it was unpleasant feeling hungry most of the time and constantly thinking of food.
He kept pushing me to up my calories intake by 600 calories a day saying it was working to my detriment being so calorie deficient.
Of course I was sceptical but I can’t thank him enough. The weight continues to fall off but now I’m full and not thinking about food.
His program has been tailored to my specific needs, requests and goals. Scared of bulking up, his program has created the lean strong build I’ve been aspiring towards.
His nutritional advise has educated and inspired me and he’s helped me overcome my fear of feeling out of my depth lifting weights back at my own gym!
I’m 25lbs down in 4 months and aim to keep working with Adam. He’s a real asset to the vegan community.
