I trained with Alex about 4 years ago and it was the best decision I made! It was my first time in a gym and by the end of it, it gave me so much confidence to go it alone. My main focus was strength and resistance training and I started to see changes after about just a month! He’s a tough trainer who pushes you far beyond where you thought you could go and the results are worth it! He really cares about his job and his clients and is very technical with his approach, so he knows his stuff. His sessions were always made fun with his wacky banter. I thoroughly recommend Alex. I’ve been working with Alex for a couple of years and he always pushes me to my absolute limit. Due to a disc injury when I started I needed to be very careful of my workouts. The great thing about Alex is he’s a perfectionist when it comes to technique. He would never allow a client to injure themselves and that made me feel really safe. He’s one of the best PTs I’ve ever worked with and I would definitely recommend him. He’s amazing!

I did Alex’s six month transformation challenge and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. I went from 105kg to around the 90kg mark. When I went to the gym before I would struggle to be motivated to get through a workout if I was making them myself but with Alex’s clear workouts set out it made the gym a lot more enjoyable. The workouts also include video clips to show you how to do an exercise if you don’t know how to do it or want to check your form. Alex would regularly check in to see how I was finding the workouts and just how I was getting on in general. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had back problems for over 12 months now and reached my heaviest weight at 100kg. I have always trained but the 2 bulging discs in my lower back were preventing me from doing anything....it was time to do something about it. Up steps Mr Alex PT and 4 weeks later I’m 90.7 kilos and getting my strength back. From day 1 Alex’s knowledge shone through. I’ve got pre session exercises to do and a full training plan where I hit the gym 4 days a week. Plus a diet/macro plan that is more than manageable and sustainable. The training plan is tailored to your requirements and goals and each exercise has a demo video attached to make sure you hit correct form. Every week I fill out a feedback form and in return Alex sends a video outlining progress and answers any concerns/questions you have you can message him anytime and he’s always prompt to get back to you! So in a nutshell it comes down to how much you want it.....everything’s there for you, all you’ve gotta do is follow the plan & be consistent. Simples!!! I would recommend Alex to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Life just got better for me....don’t be a “I’ll start tomorrow” person....what are you waiting for. Thanks Alex 🙌🏼

When I first met Alex I had two big problems. Firstly, I wanted to drop 6kg of body fat, which we achieved in only 6 weeks. And secondly, I wanted to improve my core and lower back strength. We have definitely achieved both our goals.

Alex is great, finds the best solutions for each client, he is not a one solution fits all guy. He is very dedicated to your results and will push you to the max. He also pays a lot of interest to your body mechanics, and assists with your body mobility as well. As an example, as well as our training sessions i have incorporated floor pilates and chiropractic sessions which have alleviated lower back issues that have plagued me for years!
