I went to Alice because of her background in triathlon as I am keen to improve my strength this year in preparation for a race. My 1:1 strength and conditioning session with her was brilliant! She tailored the session specifically around the areas I wanted to work on. I explained beforehand the issues I sometimes have with back pain and Alice came up with exercises which avoided any discomfort for my back but still really pushed me physically.
Her encouragement is awesome and definitely makes sure that you get the most out of the session. As well as making the session fun Alice is extremely knowledgeable and really good at explaining how to maintain the best form to engage the right muscles during each exercise. I can’t wait to continue my training and really looking forwards to improving my strength and fitness. Thanks Alice! 😊

I had a bike safety session with Alice in July 2020. Alice’s advice was very helpful and I now feel much more confident cycling in London. She went out of her way to make sure I was confident from the outset of the session. Alice clearly explained basics such as signalling, road positioning and clipping in and out of cleats. She was friendly and personable, which made the session very relaxed. Overall, I really recommend arranging a session if you want to get more confident on the bike.

Alice has been helping me with an off season strength training plan to help me build strength ready for marathon and triathlon training in the new year. Alice has designed a great plan which has kept me motivated through the winter - the workout has been a real challenge and the progression through the weeks which Alice prescribes really show how it is working! I started doing PT sessions with Alice in my local park with the main goal to get leaner & more toned for my best friend’s wedding.
I also hoped to get fitter & stronger generally but focusing on upper body & core. Alice tailored the sessions & exercises to meet my goals each week. Our 1 hour PT sessions together were challenging but really enjoyable as they introduced new elements and pushed me to work harder. Within a month I could feel the difference in my body & I felt stronger after every session. She also gave me some really good exercises to do at home which helped me build momentum & strength. Even though some days I was tired Alice was great at encouraging me & pushing me to stay focused.
I was so delighted with the results over an 8 week period, my plank time increased from 1 minute to 2 minutes 30 seconds & I lost on average 2 inches from all over my body. I continue to work with Alice on a weekly basis & I couldn’t recommend her enough if you are looking for a PT to help you achieve your goals.

While training for the Copenhagen marathon in 2018, Alice has been amazing. She not only made my training schedule, but also massively helped me along the way with exercise tips, ways of stretching and recipes. She adapted the schedule to my personal circumstances and has supported and motivated me from the start of training all the way to the finish line!

Alice trained me remotely for my first Olympic distance triathlon. She was brilliant and really tailored the programme according to how much time I had to train and my other commitments, like my regular running club, so I didn't feel like I had to give up any of my other activities. I found the strength and conditioning sessions especially useful, and I liked how the programme was properly structured for build, recovery, peak and taper weeks. Also really good value!
The sessions really improved my fitness, and kept me motivated, but most importantly enabled me to feel really confident when it came to race day. The race went so much better than I had imagined. Will carry on training with Alice for my next tri!

I’ve trained with a few PTs over the years and Alice is by far the best. Our sessions are varied and personalised so it’s always the right level of intensity for me. Her planning and enthusiasm make sure I get the most out of each and every session, and she always makes it fun too! Since having my baby, Alice has been brilliant and really helped with my overall recovery, but specifically my abdominal separation (diastasis recti) which was a rather long journey. She has introduced new exercises to rebuild my strength and get me back to my pre-baby fitness, and all the time allowing me to do this at my own pace. I could not recommend Alice more, she is great at what she does.

As a first time mum I was clueless with what exercise I could or couldn’t do. Alice has been a great support with this! She has helped with everything weekly exercises - it’s alway different depending on the size of the bump and fitness - eating healthy other types of exercise you can do (swimming, walking etc)
I couldn’t thank her enough I still have 3 months left but feeling super healthy and active. Would highly recommend Alice to any new mum or existing mother. Can’t wait to contact her for Post Natal exercise ❤️

I started working with Alice two months ago as I am in the run up to my wedding day! Having suffered a number of injuries over recent years I have ended up out of shape, low on confidence and struggling to work out how I can get back into exercising again.
Alice has taken a truly consultative approach and I really appreciate how she has listened to what I want to achieve and has created a varied and challenging program, which she constantly redesigns as I get fitter!
Alice has an infectious positivity and has been nothing but supportive and encouraging during and between our sessions and this has really helped to motivate me! She knows her stuff and has helped me to understand the importance of correct form, even helping me with my diet (no wine!).
I have started to see results in both my weight and strength and I am beginning to feel confident that I will look my best on my big day (something I didn't think I could achieve). Our sessions are totally worth the investment, I trust her guidance to drive me forward and I can’t wait to see what I can achieve by August 3rd 😊

After the birth of my baby girl I was struggling to get back into fitness- logistically I was finding it difficult with caring for my baby and physically I wasn’t sure how to begin exercising safely with abdominal diastasis recti (abs separation) and a weaker pelvic floor!
Alice was amazing and developed an exercise programme I could do at home around my baby’s naps (or lack of!). She took my postpartum recovery into consideration adjusting exercises accordingly and listening to any feedback I gave her. She progressed this plan as I got stronger and my abdominals healed.
I would recommend Alice to anyone looking for a postnatal exercise trainer. She really helped me get back into exercise. Thank you!

Alice's style is friendly and personable. She challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach in pushing you to succeed, yet patient with each session. Her knowledge and support have made a massive difference to me. The early morning starts are 100% worth it.
