She keeps records of your improvements and is always looking for ways to challenge you. You can tell she knows and loves what she is doing and she makes sure you feel comfortable with the exercises.

I use Align Fitness in Vantage Point every week.
First, I want to say that I love the gym! I like that Align team were able to get all of the necessary equipment into a small space.
Second I would like to give probs to Alex. I train with him every week. I also do my solo session where I use tailored program on his app. His trainings are challenging, interesting and focused on areas I need to improve.
I have worked out with few personal trainers in the last 5 years and I can sincerely say Alex that he is one of the best. He always smiles, he is energetic, he pushes my limits. He helped me a lot with my mobility/flexibility and forearm/back pain.
The way he work is very detailed and technique oriented. He constantly adjusting exercises to correct my posture and remove pain from body.

I've used Align Fitness at two of the Essential Living locations (Archway and Bethnal Green). Both make great use of the space even though not too big. Mostly free weights and a few machines and an exercise bike, treadmill and a rowing machine. We've started using their personal trainer service since the summer and are extremely happy with it. Highly recommended.

I can't imagine a better gym. Being at the top of a tower block in Archway, not only does it have the best views in London, stretching from Alexandra Palace in one direction to the London Eye in the other, it's light and bright, and a great space to work out. Plus, Alex and Chris are fantastic trainers! What more could you want?

I've been training with Chris for more than a year now, and it's been fun, friendly and physically transformational! I can't recommend Chris and his team highly enough. Both the Archway and the Bethnal Green studios are a pleasure to train in, each with a style and ambience all its own. Archway is cool and minimalist with breathtaking, almost aerial views over London while Bethnal Green is gritty, urban chic. I train with Chris twice a week, across both locations, and it's always an enjoyable, endorphin-generating experience.
