Kat is a fantastic trainer! Classes have never been so much fun. She has so much positive energy, her enthusiasm is infectious and she is a great motivator. She really knows how to help you get the best out of yourself and your workout. Getting up for an early morning hour-long session is easy when you have such a fun time and can see the results. I really can’t think of anyone better to help you achieve your goals. Give Kat and Be Your Best Self a go, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been working with Kat for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. When I started, I couldn’t do a single push-up on my toes; even doing push-ups on my knees was an incredible struggle. Now, I’m in the best shape of my life and have noticed toning all over including the recent additional of a faint 4 pack!
Kat has been amazing; giving me sets to do when I’m on holiday and have no access to a gym, writing nutritional goals for me, and updating my exercise routine every few months. Training sessions with BYBS have been the best decision I have made so far. Training has never been so easy, enjoyable, rigorous and effective, all at the same time. A blend of weights, HIIT, aerobics, endurance, etc has been a combined process of demanding hard work, as well as effective mentoring.
