I first started training with Trystan when I was preparing for a 100km charity walk. My training is varied, tough but effective, and never boring! He's also great at adapting my sessions to allow for any injuries I've sustained on some of my crazy endeavours without letting me off with an easier workout.
Over time I've lost weight (and more importantly kept it off) and really built up my strength. He certainly knows how to get the best out of you - I can't recommend him highly enough.

Trystan is an absolute legend! And I would not hesitate to recommend him at all.
I've been training with him for some years now and the pt sessions are never boring and are always challenge you helping you get results and improve fitness.
His knowledge of the body is second to none and tailors sessions where required e.g. working on strengthening lower back, due to sitting at a desk all day, full workout, to boxing sessions (which are awesome, highly recommend!)
Give him a try, you won't regret it.

Keeping things interesting, even when I'm not in the mood for exercise I'm always glad I went.
The Studio is private, in a great location and equipped really well.

Trystan is experienced and professional. He will set tough but realistic goals, make you focus and will be relentless. Very reliable as well. Can help you with diet as well. He does not buy into fads - good, old fashioned training.

I have been training with Trystan for about 3 months now.
I had never been a very active person, and thought it was about time I got myself in shape as I was the only one out of my friends who didn't train.
Trystan understands that everyone has different goals, and tailors each session to suit. At first I thought it would be a daunting experience but he somehow makes everything fun!
In the time I have been training with him I have lost nearly 5% body fat and a stone in weight! My body is getting more toned and stronger by the week.
The most important thing Trystan has taught me is that exercise is fun... I know exactly what to do when I go to my independent gym sessions, and no longer wander around the machines guessing what to do next.
Whatever your goals Trystan WILL make / help you achieve them. He is amazing at what he does and I have already recommended he to a number of my friends who have started training with him.
