I joined in September 2018 and it's the best thing I've ever done. I love the small group personal training sessions and my fitness levels have increased fantastically. I'm the healthiest I've ever felt and my mental health is so much better. The results are amazing and the environment is too, absolutely love my time there! #blueprintfitnessldn

**UPDATE** 2/7/24
3 year update… this place remains the best gym in the area for the community - both the coaches and members make going to the gym really enjoyable. But I recently did one of their ‘accelerators’ where for 4 weeks we focused on nutrition, consistent training and general wellbeing. That has helped me kick on and start to make some huge progress. I was already in the best shape of my life but my diet always remained the thing that I didn’t work on. By working with the coaches on a diet and training plan that suited my goals - I’ve managed to drop body fat and increase muscle mass significantly. And I’m nearly 40 so didn’t think that progress was possible at this age! All in all this place remains the best place in the area and could not recommend highly enough.

**UPDATE** 25/6/22
It’s been over a year now as a member of Blueprint and I can’t recommend them enough. I am in the best shape of my life and still enjoying it every week. In addition to the health benefits one of the best things about the gym is the community surrounding it. Genuinely down to earth coaches and members that make going to the gym a real pleasure. We all encourage each other and even do things outside of the gym. Everything from ‘mud runs’, to half marathons to dinner and drinks.

Been a member now for 6 weeks and have really seen results. The team are great and work with you through the different levels of fitness and the sessions are varied and fun. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the area wanting to get in shape #blueprintfitnessldn
Tucked away inside Raven Road Industrial Estate is Blueprint Fitness. I have been a member since July 2020 and since then it has grown and now there is Blueprint Fitness Leytonstone.
Well done Stu and Paul for achieving this and your passion rubs off on us all.
No matter what you always accommodate for what is going on in our lives, whether it be injuries or personal .No matter our age, our level of fitness you treat everyone the same. We are all a community inside the gym and outside.Its my community and my Fit Fam. We are currently in the middle of the Xmas games and every team wants to win. Its fun and hard work, we work hard at the gym and we play hard when we socialise.
Don't stop doing what you do best, I love it at Blueprint and I wont go to any other gym.

I finished the one-month trial and the only reason I'm not continuing is because I'm moving some distance away. Really sad I can't continue, great team and great results!
I've been training at Blueprint since it opened. I've seen many friends achieve life changing and body changing levels of weight loss. Really amazing. But that's not all Blueprint can do. No matter what your goals, Blueprint just fits into life. I'm not trying to lose (much) weight, I'm just enjoying being healthy, flexible and strong, and having balance in my life. And most importantly, every single session is fun! 💙🖤
******2021 update********
Blueprint have reopened since lockdown in a bigger, better space!
As well as their fundamental small group training, they now also offer a number of complementary sessions:
Sweat: lots of movement and a cardio blast
Bootcamp: like sweat but outdoors
Metcon: technical weight lifting combined with volume to challenge all aspects of fitness
Tough guy: THE ULTIMATE STRENGTH SESSION, so much fun
Yoga: to stretch those muscles and connect with your body
The facilities, coaches and atmosphere are awesome 🏋♀💥💪😁

Great team, setup and environment to help get the very best out of you. I've definitely seen physical and cardio improvement since joining but on top of this a stronger state of mind given the various support networks, nutritional advice and mentorship from UBB and its members. The guys are there to coach/train you through to your fitness needs - pretty much 1:1 coaching with the added benefit of always being available. Been smashing personal records week after week and feeling great!!
Been a member here for 2 years now and the levels of accountability and community they drive are second to none. The trainers are friendly but firm and know how to keep you motivated. Focus on fitness, technique and nutrition to help achieve your goals. And lots of variety to the training - no two sessions are the same.
Have been a member since October 2017 and has been the best decision I have ever made. Never been fitter and stronger! I have consistently lost weight and have been supported in every aspect - nutrition, exercise and motivation by Stu and Paul.

They tailor their programmes to you whether you just want to loose weight, build muscle mass etc but the best thing is they teach you how to make it sustainable. It's also great that you work out in small groups which helps push each other along. Couldn't recommend them enough and I'll defo be back!
Great sessions with lots of options for any goal. The guidance and support with nutrition was amazing. I in particular love the conditioning sessions which are superb!
