I joined in September 2018 and it's the best thing I've ever done. I love the small group personal training sessions and my fitness levels have increased fantastically. Tucked away amongst Raven Road Industrial Estate you will find BLUEPRINT FITNESS. It's a hidden gem (gym) Stu and Paul are passionate about what they do and share their passion of training with us, the members. I wish I had found you guys long ago, it's made a big difference to my motivation of going to the gym, and not forgetting the members, what a lovely bunch. BLUEPRINT is a community and everyone helps each other with their motivation for training.

As the country eases out of the third lockdown, BLUEPRINT: FITNESS is bringing the gym back to life with old and new members and a brand new gym.
Stu and Paul kept the crew going throughout the 3 lockdowns with Small Group sessions and Metcon on line at home. Thanks to them and their team, Chris and Mikey. We were kept sane. Thanks guys for letting us loan your weights for the sessions.
In the background however they were setting up a brand new and bigger gym for us to return to. Wow and its so welcoming and lots of new members too. Everyone helps motivate each other and that’s down to Paul and Stu, who are passionate about the gym and its members.
Tough Guy was brought back last weekend, this was a first for me, and it was great and thanks to Tanya and Alison who encouraged and pushed me on. Roll on next week for another one!!!!. The guys have also brought SWEAT into the program and face to face YOGA together with more sessions of Small Group. Where else can yu get so much variety and motivation from the members and staff.
BLUEPRINT: FITNESS keep doing what you’re doing, You’re simply the best, better than all the rest !!!!

I've been training at Blueprint since it opened. I've seen many friends achieve life changing and body changing levels of weight loss. Really amazing. But that's not all Blueprint can do. No matter what your goals, Blueprint just fits into life. I'm not trying to lose (much) weight, I'm just enjoying being healthy, flexible and strong, and having balance in my life. And most importantly, every single session is fun! 💙🖤

Blueprint have reopened since lockdown in a bigger, better space!
As well as their fundamental small group training, they now also offer a number of complementary sessions:
Sweat: lots of movement and a cardio blast
Bootcamp: like sweat but outdoors
Metcon: technical weight lifting combined with volume to challenge all aspects of fitness
Tough guy: THE ULTIMATE STRENGTH SESSION, so much fun
Yoga: to stretch those muscles and connect with your body
The facilities, coaches and atmosphere are awesome 🏋♀💥💪😁

Great team, setup and environment to help get the very best out of you. I've definitely seen physical and cardio improvement since joining but on top of this a stronger state of mind given the various support networks, nutritional advice and mentorship from UBB and its members. The guys are there to coach/train you through to your fitness needs - pretty much 1:1 coaching with the added benefit of always being available. Been smashing personal records week after week and feeling great!

Been a member here for 2 years now and the levels of accountability and community they drive are second to none. The trainers are friendly but firm and know how to keep you motivated. Focus on fitness, technique and nutrition to help achieve your goals. And lots of variety to the training - no two sessions are the same.

These boys are top notch! always get me into awesome shape for film roles. They tailor their programmes to you whether you just want to loose weight, build muscle mass etc but the best thing is they teach you how to make it sustainable. It's also great that you work out in small groups which helps push each other along. Couldn't recommend them enough and I'll defo be back!
