Nathan is such a great PT and I couldn't recommend him enough. His sessions are enjoyable, challenging and full of information. He has really helped my confidence in the gym grow, especially around lifting weights, as well as improved my form and knowledge. I'm lifting heavier than I thought possible and he has tailored workouts to ensure I can continue this development independently which I really appreciate!!

I recently completed a 5 week transformation programme with Nathan and was so impressed with the results. I had been trying to improve my fitness for some time ahead of my wedding but ultimately I needed help to focus on target areas. Nathan understood my needs and ensured to focus on those areas whilst also incorporating cardio to further improve general fitness. I felt so much stronger and got exactly the results I had hoped for which made me feel amazing on my wedding day. Nathan is a great coach, he is patient and understanding yet helps drive and focus your mind on the end goal. His sessions are challenging but also fun. Best PT I have had and the first time I have seen results!
My training sessions with Nathan is the highlight of my weeks and I'm only half way through my journey and not only my body is changing but my mental attitude towards fitness has changed in a way that I'm excited to get my work out in. And this is truly down to Nathans knowledge, patience and methods that I now actually do the correct movements that get the results and allows less recovery time. Can't praise him enough! And I will be sure to update, once I come to my end of 12 weeks (which I know won't be the last of my sessions).

I joined one of the Bourne Fitness online group training sessions and was so happy I did! As a busy Mum, joining online from home made it easy to fit into my hectic schedule. The training was tough, but enjoyable. Nathan was very motivating and made the workout easy to follow. Did my first circuit class today with Nathan. He really worked us hard, concentrated on the lower body. Great range of exercises and utilised our major muscles to the max. Been attending his strength building classes in SnapFitness Tooting past few weeks. It is a strategically structured class, variety of exercises and a selection of weights to give your best! Always leave the class cussing myself and never wanting to come back, in my opinion that's a good session!
Couldn't recommend him enough as a PT!!
