I tried many different workout programs and diets over the course of many years. Nothing seems to work for me and I could not stick to one for more than a few days. I heard about Brandon through his own podcast and gave his program a change. Brandon did not only provided me with a workout routine (although he did provide me with a great one) and a nutrition plan (although it is the best one), but he changed my mindset around nutrition and training. I am in the shape of my life thanks to the coaching of Brandon, his 24/7 support and his never ending positivity and we are just getting started. Started with Brandon few months ago and what I was looking for at that time is a motivated/positive PT to push my limits. The first thing I noticed is, when looking at Brandon's video, he was sharing so much passion and energy, I asked for a call, and no surprise, same passion and energy during the call.
Unlike most ads, or things you see elsewhere, Brandon will not just be there for you to achieve a physic but he will change your life both mentally and physically and will teach you a diet and routines that works for YOU, based on your lifestyle, and sustainable. Brandon will give you knowledge to build your diet, a diet that works for you and where you are not starving .
I could keep going listing for a while but in short, I highly recommend Brandon if you are looking for changing your life and having something you can maintain for the rest of your life based on your lifestyle.

The gym and working out can be so intimidating!!! Especially for me, I have struggled with my weight since I removed my meniscus. Since then, I lost motivation to train due to a very long and painful recovery, with long physiotherapy. I started hating the gym, I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn’t do. Last year I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my health but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I am so glad I found Brandon. Few months ago during my first session I could barely squat, do a push up or run more than 5 minutes. With a very busy job, a kid and overwhelmed by many changes in life, I found difficult focusing on myself and looking after me. I made tremendous progress when I started with Brandon. The training has always been good and challenging and the diet aspect has always to ensure it works with my lifestyle as opposed to something temporary. Before I started I was 130kg and Brandon helped me lose 16kg within my first 6 months and continue bringing my weight down.

Having come out of lockdown, as with most people having put on weight and being at my least fit in a long time. I was looking for gym plans online to try and kickstart my fitness journey back again. This is when Brandon contacted me and offered to jump on a free call. Initially I was hesitant as I thought I had been purely looking online for a gym program. However after chatting to him where we spoke about all aspects of life beyond the gym, nutrition, sleep, mental health and routine, with the confidence he inspired I decided to sign up for 6 months online with him.
Now 6 months down the line and having just signed up to keep going I can safely say its the best decision I made! In a way the fact that I have managed to loose over 21kg and dropped 2 t-shirt sizes with Brandon's help is the back story. More importantly I have regained my body confidence which spreads into my every day activities, worked out a routine that works for me (along with a full time job and a crazy dog), prioritised not just my health and fitness but myself completely and even better its something that I can easily carry on into my life for the future (which I very much intend on doing). We are almost at the end of my diet and then I am super excited to see how much progress we make going into a muscle building phase over the next few months.
Key for me was the accountability that Brandon provided in all aspects beyond lifting weights and counting calories (although he made this so easy) and this has taught me so much (along with the wide range of materials he provides online). It means that even down the line once I have learned as much as I can and continue on my own I have the full knowledge and experience I need to succeed for the future.

I had been speaking to Brandon for a few weeks about my dieting journey and my goal to start building muscle. Before he became my coach he was already giving me great advise and tips to reach my goals.
This reaction to me being on a calorie deficit diet for 8months shocked me. He told me I should never be dieting for that long of a period and that I need to bring my calories up. This was pretty much music to my ears!
I have been dieting my whole life, which caused a lot of overeating episodes. This pretty much meant my fat loss progress was very slow and difficult to stick to.
As soon as he became my coach he bought up my calories to maintenance and told me I can have 2 off-plan meals a week. This did wonder for my mental health!
The calories went hand in hand with the training program he set me and I kid you not my body composition change for the better! I started looking more toned! My mindset to scale weight changed instantly, the fear I had of the scale weight increasing went out the window. It was all about pictures and how my body composition is changing.
I have trained with a few PT/Coaches who have never given me a training program that challenges your body to the fullest, while still keeping it interesting. Brandon training program does the most! It has been created in a away where you are using different range of sets, reps and tempo. It also made me aware of the body parts that I need to work on with mind-muscle connection and set up positioning due to my bone structure. It 100% makes a difference when you are given the right training program to follow!
Building muscle for the first time meant I had a lot to learn from Brandon. From only a few months of coaching, I have learnt a huge deal about protein intake, digestion, increasing calories in a controlled way when building muscle, stretches, structuring your daily routine etc.
Brandon didn’t just keep me accountable, praise me and help me get results. He gave me the knowledge I need to be able to carry on and do it yourself. I am grateful he has changed my mindset to dieting and given me the tools to kick-off the building muscle phase.

I started working with Brandon just before lockdown and have had some great results already. I really recommend him as a coach and trainer. It is much more than just focusing on the physical elements, he provides brilliant resources on nutrition, meal planning, supplements, sleep and routines. The few one-to-one sessions we did in the gym were really fun, challenging and informative and he’s provided some great home workouts which he’s adapted as I’ve managed to source more equipment. When I contacted Brandon, I was at one of my lowest points. I didn't feel myself ; I felt like I wasn't really in control anymore. I was just going through the motions of life, not really paying attention to anything and before I knew it, my weight had shot up. This coincided with the lowest levels of confidence I'd ever had. I knew something needed to change.
This is where Brandon came in – from day 1, he wasn't just about workouts. He made sure I knew which habits to build, which habits to break and how to build a healthy relationship with my mind, not just food. He encourages you every single day to improve, and I have never felt my confident about my body than I do now! Brandon will fit a workout routine around your life, whilst still ensuring that it can provide you with what you need to focus on those body parts. He helps with nutrition – not just giving you a rough ceiling for intake (because he understands that calorie counting is unhealthy for the mind!) but also providing a good baseline for your macros. But the biggest change I've noticed is in my control and my confidence. If it wasn't for Brandon, simple things like taking my top off when I'm at a swimming pool or on holiday with friends would be impossible – now, I don't even think twice about it.
But my favourite thing about Brandon is his personality. I don't think I've ever met somebody as happy and supportive as he is ; he tailors his interactions to work with the person on the other side. If you're the kind of person who needs an arm around the shoulder, he'll provide that ; if you need a kick up the bum, he can do that too! He's great at what he does and it wouldn't surprise me to see him taking off in a big way over the coming years.

I have been with Brandon for 6 months now and he has changed my whole mindset about fitness and life. Before I started working with Brandon I used to dip in and out of the gym, try and eat more healthy but never really made that much progress. So in these 6 months I have learnt a lot about what my body needs, sticking and working with a diet plan and gym routine, keeping my mental health good, showing me that the “gym life” didn’t have to be this crazy life of dieting and not being able to have fun but to be healthy and happy at the same time, but most of all being happy in my own skin, feeling great in the gym and seeing results I’d never seen before. I worked with Brandon over my off season training, my goal was to get stronger and gain more muscle mass. This goal was easily met! Brandon sent me all the nessecary documents and kept me on track with a great diet! I had initially been going to the gym on and off, where time allowed it as a result of my work and social life. However, one day I decided enough was enough, as I felt more lethargic by the day. I wanted my life to become more active and decided the best way to do this was to hire a PT. Let’s be honest, some people can go to the gym every day and workout but some people (me) need that extra little push.
I met with Brandon and we had a good initial chat and so I decided to give it a go. I am only three months into my training with Brandon, but I already feel way more energised than I used to be and 100x more knowledgeable about how the body works, functions and more importantly what to do in the gym.

I started training with Brandon as part of my late-stage knee injury rehabilitation programme (I'm a professional dancer) in order to build more explosive strength and to even out muscle mass and strength in my body again after a long period of inactivity and I couldn't be more happy with my results! Not only did I achieve what I had set out for myself with Brandon's knowledge and encouragement in less than 12 weeks - the muscle mass in my legs is perfectly symmetrical after 10 weeks of training -, I also and much more importantly rediscovered my love for movement and physical exercise and newly discovered a love for weightlifting!
Brandon had me confidently using weights and machines with a focus on proper form and safety in no time - any woman will know that this can be an intimidating task - and has been nothing but positive, encouraging and supportive since our very first trial session. Had no idea what I was after when I was looking for a personal trainer. I just knew I needed some help. I've had some nasty mental health issues over the last 7 years or so (therapy was helping but not solving the problem) and it literally took 2 weeks with Brandon for me to start becoming truly happy again. I just started feeling great about being alive and wanted to get up every day to live my life. I made a point to not focus on measuring or weighing myself as I knew mental health was definitely my focus. Having said that, I went for a medical check-up after 3 weeks...I'd lost 7kg. My diet? Good nutritious food and making sure there was lots of it. Also goes without saying that the workouts with him are bloody great and I always feel awesome afterwards. He's really easy to talk to and it's obvious that he cares. How did Brandon do all this? He's really knowledgable and down-to-earth, but most importantly, he's always there if I need him and I always know he's keeping an eye on me. I can't begin to express how comforting this is. I trained with Brandon for 6 weeks whilst my usual PT was away.
During this short time I benefitted immensely from his super positive outlook on life and his infectious energy.
Brandon boosted my confidence to work out, and made me feel at home walking into the gym, working out and working out outside of my comfort zone (in a supportive, and no way in a pushy, or aggressive way). And he made it fun to work out, whilst making good progress (which is why we put ourselves through this, right?).
Brandon offers the “full package” – from PT, food planning, motivation, check-ins and progress reporting, all completely personalised to me, where I am at, and where I wanted to be. As I was only training with Brandon for a short-time, I was only looking for the PT sessions and motivation, and this was just fine – the other aspects were not pushed onto me in anyway.
Would I recommend Brandon? Absolutely and whole heartedly without hesitation. Had I not been in an existing relationship with my regular PT already, I would choose Brandon without hesitation. A consummate professional.

I really enjoyed PT sessions with Brandon, I got to know him through attending some classes he taught and my local gym and after a while I decided I needed more direction as my progress was lacking! I was obsessed with loosing weight on the scales but Brandon educated me that weight training and diet would give me the toned figure I wanted as I did not have a lot of weight to lose. I knew something had to change when I was looking at the wobbly, bobbly bits of stomach. So I decided to give Brandon's 8 week challenge a go, and wow! It's been a journey and an experience! After the initial first week of aches and pains, my body was ready and raring to go by the second week, my moods started to change and I started to feel much more upbeat! Slowly but surely my body started to look much more toned and I feel comfortable in my own skin! People have complimented the way I look and it is all thanks to Brandon and his support.

My back no longer arches and I can actually stand up straight now! The online element worked perfectly for me, I like being told what to do, where to focus on and then to go and do my homework (or in this case, go and train!), for me it's nice and easy and straight forward!
With my now new found gym knowledge and confidence, I'm gonna be training up for a third half marathon and also keep on maintaining my level of fitness! But I really wouldn't have got to the place where I am, in terms of how I look physically and how happy I am mentally without Brandon!

I had a total of 5 sessions with Brandon at the Covent Garden Gym Box and it completely switched my mind-set on exercise and nutrition. Before I saw working out as a necessary evil and being mindful of my nutrition was focussed on calorie counting and not eating carbs. Now I exercise more than I ever have and actually want to fit in my training. I'm also eating more than I was before but am so much more aware and better educated when it comes to what I'm putting in my body. Plus I don't feel like I'm depriving myself so it's the best of both worlds. I saw the changes in my body and strength so quickly (3 weeks) and it was Brandon's expertise and tailored advice but, more importantly, his constant support and enthusiasm that's made the biggest difference.
