Found Ant on Google Maps as was looking for a personal trainer who would make a programme bespoke to my goals. If you are looking for the same, Ant is your man! He is professional, genuinely cares about your well being and challenges your fitness in every session. I have really seen my strength increase and love Ants flexibility to train me in my local park. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Anthony, founder of Breathe Fitness, is a phenomenal Personal Trainer. His approach is extremely professional. We started with a list of goals (be surf fit despite living in London), a thorough assessments Anthony has created a personalised plan which has worked miracles for my surf and long standing injury. He is a thoughtful, very knowledgable and personable trainer/coach. Having had a variety of very good trainers I can attest that he is the best one I have had to date.

I found Breathe Fitness via the bootcamp that Ant holds at Decathlon in Surrey Quays. Ant is so friendly and instantly makes any newcomer feel welcome and not overwhelmed at the thought of exercise! When we went in to lockdown I continued to train via his online bootcamp. Ant has an incredible way of making me enjoy exercise, he is very knowledgeable and varies every class which always keeps them interesting. I discovered Breathe Fitness thanks to the Boot camp in Decathlon Surrey Quays and Anthony was training around 12 people per camp.
I was impressed by his knowledge and fitness qualifications. I decided to take PT sessions with Anthony once a week and carrying with the boot camp once a week too.
Since July, I started PT sessions and It is going very well.
Before starting training, Anthony organised a pre session face to face meeting to understand my personal objectives, my food habits to understand how He will work with me.
Throughout the months and sessions, Anthony gave me a lot of support and technical health feedback: what to eat and when. How to recover better from training. Each training were fully prepared beforehand and adapted to my needs.
I feel physically stronger and better. I achieved a lot more than I thought I was able to!

I'm a frequent traveler to London from Los Angeles, and to stay fit, I sought out and hired Anthony as my personal trainer while there. I have worked with Anthony now on two extended trips and found his expertise, great personality, and inspiring workout (tailor made for my needs) to have gone a long way to helping me maintain, and even improve my fitness level while on business. We worked out at the outdoor gym at Primrose Hill, which was great fun; Anthony brought along additional equipment as well. He connected me with a massage therapist and a physiotherapist when I needed them, and both were excellent -- on a world class standard. I fully recommend Anthony from Breathe Fitness for new mothers who want to kick-start their exercise regime after giving birth. Training in the local park enabled me to bring my baby with me and Anthony's professional approach and innovative training program helped me regain my pre-pregnancy physique and weight and improve my fitness in two months. Each session was challenging but highly enjoyable and the variety in the program meant I always looked forward to training. A great find.

The level of training from Breathe Fitness is fantastic. I wanted to build up some strength and increase my calorie-burn. I would highly recommend Breathe for any kind of physical work.
Anthony provided a great deal of explanation about what workouts we were doing, and how they would effect my physiology/strength. I was given a home-workout plan to do in-between sessions and really good nutritional advice (flipping my food pyramid upside down was a revelation!).
Working with Anthony is very easy; he has a friendly manner and gauges the right level of support and encouragement during the sessions. I was a bit nervous as have seen PT's who just shout, but Anthony is much more measured in his support. I found it incredibly motivating.
Anthony has a wealth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition and the psychological aspects of the process. If you are thinking of personal training I say both: do it, and do it with Breathe Fitness!

When I first met Ant I thought weights were for body builders, and didn’t understand how exercise and diet would impact my body. I wanted to tone up and smooth out lumps and bumps, but hadn’t achieved my goals from my cardio-only routine.
I found Ant through his excellent Google reviews, and even during our first meeting he understood my personal goals and preferences, and subsequently tailored everything around me.
Ant works me hard, but is never coercive, and keeps my wellbeing at the forefront of anything we do. He ensures my training plan is effective but enjoyable, and motivating for me when he isn’t around. He is also available round the clock to give me tips on diet and nutrition; injury care; alternative exercises; stretching; technique; fitness apparel; sports equipment, and more.
The best thing about training with Ant is that it’s fun! Although our sessions are tough, he brings fun new workouts to make it enjoyable. I really see the results with him in my body, attitude and energy levels. Ant is a truly professional, approachable and motivational PT and I really cannot recommend him highly enough.

Having suffered from injuries in the past and hours spent in the gym with no results I lost faith in exercise and I decided to get some help. After a bad experience with a previous personal trainer I decided to do some research for my next and found Anthony who has years of experience. He's the king of technique! He tailored sessions which are fun and interesting to help me reach my goals and I have learnt so much and my day to day diet has improved dramatically with his advice. Since working out with Anthony I have lost 11lbs and 3 inches of my measurements. Everyone has commented on how much slimmer I look. I've recommended him to all my friends!

Best decision. I always thought I wanted a trainer who'd shout at me but after just one session with Anthony, I knew that his method was what would make the difference. You end up wanting to do exercises that in the past you would have made excuses not to do. He introduces you to new activities- I love boxing! He makes you feel proud of yourself; he makes you able to admit it too. As I write this, my shoulders and arms are aching-it's a great feeling :)
He cares. I have a joint problem that's meant he's had to continually rethink what I can do which means he has to think of session plans just for me. He's also supported and helped me in times of huge emotional need and he does it in such a way you don't recognise what he's doing till afterwards.
He's honest, organised and definitely knows his stuff. Oh, and I love that he lets my dog train too :)
