I have spent a fortune on trainers over the years but never have I enjoyed sessions or seen the results, as much as I have training with Sophie. Truly a trainer who personalises sessions to you, not only to get the results you are striving for but to ensure your workouts are tailored to how you like to train. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sophie to anyone as I know her knowledge and experience guarantees her lucky clients a varied and fun-filled session that make training hard a true pleasure.

I started training with Sophie in the summer of 2020 after a few months of lockdown and a year and a half after having a baby. I was in the worst shape of my life and the heaviest I had ever been. Sophie has honestly (no exaggeration) changed my life and I feel like a whole new person. Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight and dropped 3 sizes in clothing, I feel great and my outlook on exercise and health has completely changed. Sophie meticulously plans each training session to build up my strength and cardio, and tailors my training to meet my goals and needs. She has encouraged me to push myself outside of our sessions, for example a 5k run which I could never do before. Training with Sophie is a worthwhile life investment. Thank you Sophie!

I have trained in larger and smaller group sessions with Sophie for the past 3.5 years. She is excellent at adapting and tailoring each session to suit each participant's ability, and ensures that the workout is well rounded. The sessions are varied, both in terms of the equipment used and the body areas worked, really fun and relaxed. The outdoor sessions are well planned, and I can't wait to train in her brand new studio.
As someone who has a history of being overweight and unfit, Sophie is eager to help achieve results and offers useful advice and encouragement both in terms of fitness and nutrition. She is inclusive and has helped me to enjoy exercise as a daily part of life.

Sophie has trained me for over a year. She is the perfect combination of “Just one more rep” or “ten more seconds, that’s it, 10, 9, 8,7….” and “BRILLIANT”. The variety in her training plans are what make her stand out. We have trained outside in all elements (actually more fun than it sounds) to inside in her purpose-built (amazing) studio, to spin classes, to running. This diversity takes it out of the ‘gym setting’, keeps it fun, enjoyable and results driven. Her passion for fitness is hugely motivational, whether it be training for a 10km or just improving my 1km swim time, or performance at a spin class: the all-round effort is fantastic and so much more than a 1-hour session in the studio. Sophie trains in a way that is developing habits for life, and for fun, not just to lose weight fast or to lift a certain amount. Because of Sophie’s continued efforts and (huge) patience, I am stronger, more flexible, happier, able to deal with the stress of my job and I enjoy every session (even though, without fail, I whinge). I always leave looking forward to the next session. If I could have Sophie train me every day, I would- I have caught the Buzz! I recommend her without reservation.

Sophie takes a truly holistic approach to training, and her care, fun attitude, deep knowledge and experience all contribute towards achieving sustainable healthy balance. Sophie is not about short-term fixes that invariably revert to bad behaviours, she is about building healthy habits that are tailored to your lifestyle, are achievable, and make you want to keep striving for a happier, healthier, stronger, faster you. She combines her first hand knowledge of two pregnancies, raising two toddlers, deep nutritional knowledge and stellar track and tri performances into an approach which instantly makes you feel in expert hands and ‘at home’. She has guided me through pre and post pregnancy fitness with expert advice and an infectious smile.
