If you want results, Edwin is your guy! I came to him with a detailed list of areas I needed to work on … and to see tangible results… and he listened to each and every request and thoughtfully put together a programme that addressed each area and how I could reach my goals. The platform he uses is simple (even for non techies!) and intuitive. He creatively makes use of any exercise equipment you may already have and ensures that each exercise gives you the most bang for your buck to make working out and achieving your goals as easy and efficient as possible. He understands that time is of the essence for busy people (and definitely those with little ones!) and designs your sessions so you get the most out of the time you have. He is incredibly responsive, quick to share his extensive health, training and nutrition knowledge and is an extremely good motivator… one of the driving forces behind the effectiveness of his workout plans! I have seen such incredible results in a very short amount of time. Edwin and his tailor made training have been the key to success for me!

Having recently had a baby, I needed something that would help me shed a few pounds, tone up, and feel fitter - all within the unpredictable realms of being a parent of a 4 month old baby! Ed's online training programme turned out to be just what I needed and was perfect for my needs.
Ed sent me a questionnaire to begin, and I was asked to say where/when/how much I could train and what equipment I had. I didn't think I had the time, motivation, or ability but Ed's realistic schedule made it managable (and the floor exercises became something I'd do with my baby who enjoyed watching - as well as using him as a weight in squats!).
Over 6 weeks, each weeks exercises were mostly the same until some slight changes in the last week. This was what was right for me and made implementing the plan easier for my ability.
I didn't think I'd be motivated virtually but Ed and the app made that possible and after 6 weeks I went from 59 to 56kg and felt more toned and healthier. Looking forward to continuing the journey to turn the motivation into a habit alongside Ed.

Ed’s at home program is excellent!
I met Ed while working along side him at a boutique fitness centre. His passion and dedication to his clients was obvious, as was his knowledge of safe and effective training techniques.
Fast forward a couple of years, and I found myself with a gym membership, but no motivation and not the deep pockets required for one on one session with the gym’s personal trainers.
I discovered Ed’s online training program which, in a word, is excellent! It covers everything you need, from technique, to bespoke workout sessions, from nutrition, to motivation. I really love it.
Some of the key highlights for me were the ‘at home’ as well as ‘at the gym’ workout sessions that Ed put together, just for me. I could workout around sick kids, traveling, and even low motivation days.
I also loved that if I had an issue with an exercise I could contact Ed and have an answer or workout modification, often before my next workout session. As a chiropractor, the fact that Ed puts so much emphasis on safety and injury prevention is really important to me, and having him right there when I had a problem was great.
The app that my workouts were on was very easy to use, I could track everything in one place, and I particularly liked that each exercise had a short video to remind me what to do, with written descriptions and tips as well.
This method of working out is so user friendly, and Ed is a really wonderful trainer. I highly recommend his online program.

Training with Ed for the past couple of weeks has been fantastic. I had never tried personal training before, and did not have any type of sustainable fitness routine in place before I started training with him. He was great in easing me into it, by explaining what the impact of each exercise was, always checking my form was right, and not pushing me too much when I was at my limit. I also wanted to try boxing which he happily incorporated into my training which has been fun and varied. Im really happy with my progress so far and Ed's a great guy who makes you feel at ease.

I'm an experienced personal trainer, and like many trainers, wanted some PT to improve my strength and health, and for another fitness professional to see things I couldn't in my form and overall training. Ed was simply fantastic. He tweaked my form, introduced me to some new exercises - and I definitely feel stronger, fitter and more agile thanks to his expertise. I added 10kg onto my deadlift in one month, and my bench press, squats, rows and core strength have really improved too. Ed is a lovely guy, empathetic and kind, with a quiet authority and knowledge gained from a wide variety of scientific sources. Our sessions are challenging in a positive way; highly motivating and enjoyable. At nearly 47 I didn't know how much progress I'd make but thanks to Ed, I'm definitely achieving those gainz! I have used Ed's online coaching previously, which was great. He came up with a really easy to follow, achievable programme for me and was great on checking up on me regularly, including monitoring my food. He was great at nagging me (in a good way!) and was so encouraging when I managed the exercises and diet. Ed set realistic goals, which he tailored to my lifestyle. For example, I am not able to use the gym, as I have a small child and so can't always leave the house in the evening after work. He therefore came up with exercises I could do from home in 20 min chunks. I had to stop for personal reasons after a while, but am now ready to re-start my fitness journey.
Unfortunately Ed is too far away for me to do 1-1 sessions with him, but I have reached out to him for nutritional advice recently. I was having trouble controlling afternoon cravings and despite extensive googling, found nothing that worked. Ed came back with a very simple solution for me to try. I incorporated it in my diet and the change has been nothing short of miraculous.
I have absolute faith in Ed as a trainer who knows what he is talking about and just as importantly, really cares about his clients. Their success is his success and it is obvious in all the work he puts in.
