An awesome PT who makes training fun! Been working with Charlotte for a year now.
Charlotte takes into consideration your goals and baseline skills to create a plan that includes a variety of training styles.
She is supportive and patient but will challenge you to push and surprise yourself with just how much you can achieve. Seeing my physical progress in my measurements and skills is extremely motivating and I love learning how powerful I can be!

I had been a gym member for many years and never felt comfortable with having personal training sessions until I went to a few of Charlotte's classes and decided to try out a few 1:1 sessions with her.
What I really love is how her sessions flow and the focus on flexibility and strength. She really listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me come up with some training goals. As a physiotherapist, I tend to get a bit geeky in the sessions and she deserves a star for putting up with me. She also got me into Animal Flow which I love. In addition to seeing results (my stubborn hamstrings have yielded and I can now touch my toes!) the sessions are so much fun and worth every penny.
I would highly recommend Charlotte as a personal trainer.

Charlotte is amazing! She really knows her stuff, is so motivating, and tailors all her sessions in order to provide her clients with the best workouts for them. I've really enjoyed learning how to move my body the best way for me, my posture has improved and the sessions have been engaging and (although challenging both physically and mentally) very enjoyable!

Quality training! Charlotte's training plan is a holistic body workout in which she adapts exercises from other disciplines to accommodate your body type, your strengths and your goals. She incorporates elements of dance, yoga and gymnastics to break the monotony of working out and is admant on tracking progress, so I've been very motivated with her. Friendly personality, surprising imagination, always with a contagious smile and cheerful laughter. She is also very responsive via text, which is essential to me due to my busy schedule. I have recommended her to two of my friends already!

Been working with Charlotte for about a month now and already noticed a big change. Mainly started for mental health reasons and it's been a big improvement!
She listens to my needs and pushes me to keep going just the right amount. Always comes prepared and adapts very quickly to where I'm at during the sessions.

A superlative trainer on every level. Charlotte has perfect eye for detail and is one expert trainer who adapts to your level. That being said, training with Charlotte sees you excelling your levels without realising and you will then celebrate how far you have come.
It is impossible not to be motivated with her positivity and drive. I myself as an example, was a complete novice. As a newbie into the world of fitness I lacked control, focus and technique. With Charlotte's training regime, support and drive, I can now ace 5 mile continuous runs, control my body during various mixed mobility sequences and perfect technique in handling exercises involving power and weight training. To say Charlotte has challenged my pre-conceptions on how my body works is a gross understatement... with her support and training I constantly find out what I am capable of. She rocks!

Charlotte is knowledgeable in many areas of fitness which leads to being able to create training programmes unique and suited to each individual's objectives and particularities.
