I trained with Chris after the last lock down, in 3 months I lost quite a lot of fat (over 10 kg) I gained during the winter and gained a good amount of lean mass at the same time. If you want to improve your physique he is the right trainer for you

We training together for almost a year, before I moved to another country because of my job. While most of the training was in the middle of a pandemic it was really helpful that Chris always was flexible and accommodating to my personal needs. He had no problem coming to train at different locations over London or at the park (despite London's winter weather!) . He certainly is knowledgeable and not only helped me with my training but also designing a diet in accordance with my goals. Overtime I saw material improvements, in particular loosing weight and gaining muscle mass...but more importantly feeling healthier and stronger.

Chris took time to understand my fitness goals and built a training and Nutrition plan to match my objectives. Chris’s vast knowledge of training techniques meant that he was demonstrating and explaining the purpose of each exercise very clearly. Chris is brilliant - the best trainer I ever had. He really cares about you achieving your goals and works hard to ensure each training seasion counts. He pushes you in the right way and takes a holistic approach - advising on diet and nutrition as well as creating exercise programmes that evolve with your progress. I have trained with Chris for over 3 years and my body is much more defined but more importantly I am fitter, healthier and deal with stress much better than before.
