I just would like to take this opportunity to say that Q was a great joy to work alongside, I saw results in areas that I have never before seen when workout alone or with a PT. He made working out fun at times, but most importantly he made it feel like each workout was tailored to my needs and body type. I would like to take this opportunity to say that I would without any hesitant recommend him to anyone that is looking to lose weight or recover from any injuries or just wants to have general great fitness. He is passionate and knowledgeable in this field and that shows throughout each workout.

I started physiotherapy with Coach Q one month after my knee reconstruction surgery for a torn ACL and meniscus. Due to the loss of muscle in my right leg Coach Q stated that first I should try to increase the rage of motion in my knee. In order to do this we started with body weight and slightly weighted squats which also allowed for muscle activation in my quads. Also he help me do Nordic curls which strengthens my hamstrings. After the first session Coach Q decided I would be ready to use the BFR bands. These were placed at the top of my thighs which allowed for blood flow restriction in my thighs and calfs. Due to this exercises became harder to due but my muscles reached higher levels of activation. This allowed for rapid progress in my leg muscles which was also achieved by progressively loading more weight into my exercises. After the strengthening stage we moved on to regaining balance and agility in my knee with box jumps and line jumps for agility and standing on a half exercise ball while catching and throwing a medicine ball with Coach Q. Overall, I believe Coach Q is a skilled physiotherapist who has and expansive knowledge of human anatomy and selects effective exercises for any type of injury recovery.

I engaged Coach Q as my personal trainer shortly before the last lockdown. We resumed our sessions post lockdown and I am so pleased we did.
Q provides a professional service. He is calm, confident and knowledgeable. He is always enthusiastic and upbeat which helps to keep me motivated even when I feel exhausted.
When I began working with Q it was far from easy but with his encouragement I have continued and enjoy the sessions. Q prepared a personal plan to suit my level of fitness and as my fitness has improved he has adapted the programme to meet my needs. Q demonstrates each new exercise to ensure it is correctly executed for maximum impact and the avoidance of injury. He has been able to provide me with exercises to help strengthen areas of weakness I have spoken to him about.
Q is patient and encourages me to do my best and improve steadly. He firm (but not judgemental) when I run out of steam and cannot hold the plank position for as long as he would like.😁
Over the months I have experienced increased fitness levels, become more toned and lost weight. I am confident that by continuing to work with Q I will meet my health and fitness goals.
Whether you are new to exercise or fit and looking for a PT I would highly recommend Q.
PS: I forgot to mention the fabulous massage machine he uses to soothe aching muscles. Makes it worth the pain.👍

A professional fitness coach made me stronger than ever.
When I started my journey with Coach Q, I could only lift 10kg. After 4 months of training, I can now lift 80kg(my BW is only 55kg).
My pull: we started with an assistant pull up band for 8 weeks, then gradually went on Bodyweight, now after 4 months I can do 4x6-8 reps of BW pull up.
My back squat progress from 15kg to 55kg.
If you’re reading this you are probably trying to decide if you should sign up with Q. Well, stop procrastinating and read my review again. I am stronger, happier than ever before.
His sessions are hard but absolutely rewarding, he’s easy to contact, listens, his video feedback is so encouraging and I feel his knowledge is really helping me get to where I want to be as I wasn’t able to quite do it by myself(alas something other trainers copy and paste his training modalities...but he is the best)

Coach Q has helped me to transform my fitness, and very quickly. We have one session a week and they are always fun, engaging and varied. My weight has dropped from 88kg to 80kg and we're hitting new PBs every week. We started on pullups using elastic bands and within 10 weeks Q has me doing sets of 8 reps! I never thought PT sessions could actually be so constructive, interesting and fun. Coach Q has so much knowledge and you can see it from the tailored exercises he creates for you and he's always happy to answer any questions about muscles, exercises, what to eat etc.
I started training with Coach Q just after the last lockdown, I was supposed to only do 12 session, but I've really enjoyed them and felt the improvement so I decided to carry on training with him.
I have a bit of a bad knee and he advised me on what sort of trainings I should do, how I should protect the injury etc.
He also gave me feedback on my food diet and ideas on how to keep a healthy but interesting diet.
I think I will definitely go back to training with him over the winter period.

3 month ago I started exercising with Coach Q as my trainer mainly outdoor with some online training 1to1.
Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Coach Q I knew that he was the perfect coach for me as he is very active on social media and got outstanding BSc Sports rehabilitation_ science and PT qualifications.
He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.
His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this programme.
Coach Q is very personable and knowledgeable. If he does not know something, he checks with other trainers or health service providers or with his supervisor at University that he knows and updates me with his findings. His cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly.
After 3 short months, I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal. I did recommend him to two colleagues and they are in touch with him for outdoor training.

Coach Q is great sports rehabilitator. He helped me a lot to get rid of Achilles tendon pain by conducting online 1to1 skype sessions for 12 weeks. He was teaching me strength and conditioning workouts along with some basic soft tissue massage therapy. All were online and during lockdown. His motivation skill was the key to my improvements.

I have been recommended by one friend in my community who trained with Q for 8 months in 2019 and some online sessions in 2020. I came to him in 2020 for 6 months of online training once a week. My goal was to enhance my motivation and reduce my body fat. Q hoped me a lot by giving me 1to1 training via Skype. I enjoyed it and although it was online, I learnt new training programmes and enhanced my knowledge and athletic performance. I also had tight hamstrings on my left leg, Q was sending his rehab video which I think was a bit expensive! However, it helped me a lot and I think my pain- tightness reduces by 50%. Thanks, Q for everything you have done.

I’ve been training with Kioumars for almost 15 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around london as I call him YOUNG COACH. I started training once a week with him, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessionz. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.Finally I would recommend Q to whoever looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated mentality. I started training with Kioumars in May as my doctor said I needed more exercise to help ease my hip impingement. I started dozing one session a week with Kioumars and then do dance class and also had physio. His exercise regime has helped me enormously with the easing of the impingement and to the point that together with the physio I no longer have pain in my hip and I have a much greater range of movement than before I started with him.
Kioumars works you hard but explains clearly what he wants you to do and what effect the exercise will have. All of our sessions are via Skype but that has not stopped us working hard and achieving my goals.
I would highly recommend Kioumars who is hard working, very client focused and very much wants you to achieve your goals.

This is way overdue but here it is. Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after about 3-4 weeks I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing or perhaps didnot know how to train athletically. When I started training with Kioumars (I call him Q) in 2019 March, I actually really got into it. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week and Q was so easy to get on with.
He tailored the sessions to my needs and made it a bit more fun. He was very helpful, extremely accommodating and let’s not forget encouraging and motivating( sometime he uses very old fashion phrases which I love it, quote: YOU MUST TRY YOUR BEST IN THE BEST OF YOUR CAPABILITY, WITHOUT ANY FEAR OR FAVOUR, TO COIN A PHRASE, COME WHAT MAY, DO OR DIE😊😉. Just after few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it’s all thanks to Q!
Unfortunately in lockdown we couldn't train face to face, but online coaching via Skype was indeed IMPECCABLE. Finally, I'd strongly recommend Q to anyone that is looking to get in shape. Thanks Q! I’ve learned so much from Kioumars but I call him Q ( very friendly), not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work, he also used to give his newest knowledge back to me at all the time.

I happened to meet Kioumars at Latchmere Sporting Center while I was hopelessly self-training on a lateral cross-trainer machine, and had the pleasure to have him as my personal trainer for about a year. He very patiently introduced me to a proper professional training program aimed at developing homogeneously body mass, loosing weight and to dose cardio with gym exercising such as walking lounges, weightlifting, squats, back extensions, abdominals and more. Since I met him, I was so very impressed by his skill and dedication for his profession that I immediately discovered a passion for gym exercising, and all its derived benefits. He is a full time BSc sports rehabilitation student at university, and he has plenty of knowledge and good vibes to share with his clients, gym buddies and walk-in self trainers in need of guidance. We have been training on a twice a week basis long enough, and I will deffo carry on exercising with him in the future. Despite his young age, he has shown an impressive talent, utter professionalism and lots of enthusiasm throughout the many sessions I genuinely enjoyed attending. Kioumars has been my personal trainer for more than a year and I have enjoyed all my sessions as our session is 1 hour without including warm up or cool down that's why he always tells me that come 10 minuts early. Kioumars is serious about his job and works with his conscience, he respects your time and money and always makes sure to give you value. He approaches his training in an intelligent and genuinely informed way. He truly knows his stuff and is a fabulous motivator. Kioumars is a great and very charming guy, not in an intimidating kind-of-way, but just enough to make you want to push yourself and put in that extra bit of effort, which makes you to think about your new golden age … a session with Q not only gives your body a push to stay fit, but your mental health is lifted too, so after the session you can feel it mentally and physically pains. I started training with Coach Q in September 2021; my goals were to lose weight and tackle my severe lower back pain.
Training with Q has helped me strengthen my lower back and hip areas contributing to the pain. To date, my back pain is gone, and I have a good workout and stretch regime that keeps me pain-free.
Training with Q twice a week and following a tailored nutrition plan has helped me drop a dress size. It’s a great feeling to wear outfits that didn’t fit before.
I feel more confident within myself; I wear more colour and less black! I used to be quite shy in the gym, worried about other people’s reactions. Now I couldn’t care less; I know how to use every machine for my workouts. I have improved my form, especially with bar lifting and squats. I feel physically stronger and fitter; my body doesn’t ache as it used to, and I no longer become out of breath.
