David is, hands down, the best trainer I have ever worked with. I embarked on a serious transformation with him and succeeded because of his guidance, knowledge and patience. He takes his role as trainer/coach seriously; your goals become his goals, your issues become his. We worked hard in the gym, but he also coached me outside - nutrition, sleep, mental balance, focus...he attends to it all, as he knows that that's the only way to achieve sustainable results. I recommend him highly.

David was brilliant as a personal trainer- not only for achieving set goals to reduce body fat percentage but also teaching self discipline when it came to my diet. A year ago I had shoulder surgery which left me unable to exercise the way I had been, and as a result I found myself gaining body fat. I wanted to make a positive change for my health and started working with David to help me get back on track to being fit and active. He was able to provide me with a tailor-made practical plan which suited my lifestyle and routine which allowed me to work within my capability while also pushing me safely to my limits in the gym, and a nutrition plan which was simple and easy to follow.
I was kept accountable to my goals and it was really great to see my progression in strength and body composition improve over time as we had tracked all of this information throughout the programme. Any questions I had in relation to exercise, nutrition and lifestyle David would either explain to me in person, send information via e-mail, or recommend books/ audio books to help me further understand what was needed.
I can wholeheartedly recommend David as an excellent personal trainer who will be able to get the best results and improvements with anyone.

I’ve trained with David for the last 2 years. It’s been a fantastic experience - he has taught me a lot about my own body and in doing so set me up for life as I now realise what is important and how to train properly. Many of us hit the gym without any help or being trained how to lift weights - which the opposite of what we do for most other sports. Fantastic PT!
I have started my journey in the gym and have trained with David for years. I am really lucky that he was the one who taught me all about nutrition, excercises and hard work. Since then whenever I go to the gym I am thankful for the professional toolkit he provided.
The sessions with him are well programmed, fun but also fairly challenging. He never lets you to follow the easy way, keeps you on the right track. If you are looking for a real expert, he is the guy.

In my younger years I had very little interest in sports or exercise. More recently I have found that exercising was the perfect release from the stresses of daily life. However often I went to the gym I didn’t seem to change my body, and although my image wasn’t a massive thing for me, I wanted some results for the time I was investing. Working with David has made it possible for me to make some considerable changes to my life. I could talk about the weight I have lost, or the muscle I have gained (which would be reasons to have David as your PT), but training with David is much more than that. Before starting, my lifestyle lacked routine and discipline. Training had no clear goals and I was unhappy with how my physique looked.
As COVID has had a huge impact on my work (which motivated me to be disciplined) added to my unhappiness when I looked in the mirror left me feeling very low. This had a huge impact on my mood and motivation.

Having trained with David for a number of years, I can confidently say he is an outstanding PT - extremely hard working, fully dedicated to his clients and professional (yet fun to work with!). His sessions are very rewarding - personally I like to push myself to the limit and David is a great asset to make the most out of my training sessions.
He takes into account my abilities, goals and objectives and prepares a detailed training schedule (including supplementary upper/lower body workouts I can do on my own) as well as a nutritional plan to achieve them (I lost over 12 Kgs under his supervision and was in the best shape of my life!). He is very knowledgable and is able to communicate technical concepts / cues in the right way for me to best execute an exercise (and get the most out of it!). In addition, he is always happy to answer any questions and spends time explaining them in great detail.
Overall, a top PT in my view who will push you hard but is a lot of fun to work with. Would highly recommend him!

If you're looking for progress beyond just a physical transformation, then David is your dude. He not only has the knowledge of everything you want in a trainer but he also has patience, compassion and drive to work with you on getting the results you didn't even know you needed - and mostly, when you wanted to give up on yourself. The best part (imho) is the fact that now I get to eat all the yummy things (no demonising of foods, mmm pizza and white rice) AND still make progress towards your goals. None of thing binge-restrict yo-yo bs. David finds your ultimate weakness and tries to make you realise where you're going wrong or weave it into your life so that it's no longer a weakness at all. I could go on and on and on but you get the point. He has the deep technical skill of movement pattern and exercise execution, the will and determination to get you what you need.
