Dimitar is highly detail-oriented PT. We are training 3 times a week with him for the past 11 months now. And I've lost 12kg. I've had other trainers in the past and training with Dimitar is actually fun, the sessions are enjoyable and challenging. He pushes me hard when I don't feel like training (and that's very often) and I'm noticeably fitter, stronger and I feel more confident.

Dimitar has been my personal trainer 3 times a week for the past 6 months and I have never missed a session. Through the winter lockdown he kept my spirits high with continued workouts in the park when the gyms were forced to shut.
Dimitar is patient and steadily increases weight and reps to suit you but knows when not to. He keeps you motivated at all times and focuses on all areas of the body throughout the week ensuring you get the best out of every session.
I am very happy with my 6 month transformation and I have never been in such good shape. As Dimitar says, “Age is no excuse”. I highly recommend DG.PT if you’re in or around the Fulham area.

Teaming up with Dimitar was honestly the best decision I made in 2020. He tailored my workouts to things I really enjoyed doing and taught me how to lift weights correctly and have a sustainable, nutritionally balanced diet. Dimitar is an amazing PT! Since starting training with him at the beginning of 2020 I’ve been amazed at how I’ve progressed in both strength and fitness. I never thought my body could change so much, or that I’d ever be able to do a push up. The best part is that I enjoy it! Dimitar makes every session fun and each one is different. Just when you're comfortable, he pushes you to the next level. His positivity always motivates me to keep going, even when I want to give up, and I come out of every session feeling like I’ve achieved a lot, but most importantly with a smile on my face! You will get results with DGPT. Dimitar, lead trainer at DGPT, has transformed my body with a 7kg loss.
I entered the programme a body shy Bridget Jones type and now I’m comfortable wearing a bikini and form fitting dresses. I feel good in my healthy body and that’s what it is all about.
This is how we did it. We trained 1-2 per week for six months with combination of weight, circuit and boxing exercises at the gym and outside. I had a calorie allowance and also did intermittent fasting. I could not slip through the cracks with Dimitar - he held me accountable and checked if I logged my food and calories on his easy-to-use fitness app. He also worked around my injuries and adapted exercises to my needs. Dimitar is easy to be around, gives excellent customer service and has fair prices.
We are now working on my next fitness goals and I’m confident we’ll get there, together.
