Ele is the most wonderful and knowledgeable PT and has been amazing helping me through rehab for my shoulder/neck. I love our sessions, always feel safe and am stronger than I’ve ever been! BEST PT in ALL of London.
Started training with Ele June this year after lockdown with no idea how to lift weights. She thought me how to be confident and showed me how much the body can do!
The best thing is that going to the gym is no longer intimidating, my workouts adapts to my schedule and I have developed a nice routine which keeps me active and enjoy it.

The best personal training experience I’ve ever had.
I started seeing Ele at the end of lockdown, I was looking for some new challenges after a year spent training at home, but I wasn’t quite sure if I was ready to go back to the gym yet.
She helped me tailor a plan that would suit my needs at that moment, focusing not only on the workouts, but also studying the best way I could achieve my goals through nutrition and activity levels, considering the “not so active” working from home situation.
We then switched to gym workouts when I was ready to get back, and tweaked the plan according to the changes in my daily life.
She took time to get to know me, my preferences, my strengths, my habits, and she built a plan the would suit all of these aspects, constantly tweaking it according to my progress, and so that it would never get boring.
She’s really passionate about her job, and very knowledgeable, and also always available outside of trining hours.
The whole experience is entirely tailored on the client level and goals, and I can happily say that after a few months training with her, I’ve never felt fitter, stronger and more confident than this!
I would highly recomend Ele to anyone, wether you’re a newbie or more experienced, she will be able to create the perfect plan for you!

One of the things I like best about training with Ele is the way she tailors everything to your personal needs and goals. She takes the time to really get to know her clients so she can offer the best possible service. I enjoyed the sessions so much that I continued to train with her whilst pregnant and again she adapted the training accordingly. She has great knowledge and such a passion for fitness and nutrition which she shares with you in her training sessions and through the contact she keeps up with you in between sessions.

Having trained with Ele both over zoom during lockdown and in the gyms when they were open, I could not recommend her more! Ele takes the time to make sure that our sessions are varied and challenging and programs workouts which are tailored to my specific needs and goals. I have been training with Ele for a few years now and she is by far the best PT I have worked with. She is so passionate about what she does and takes the time to understand what you need to get results. Her sessions are varied, high energy and lots of fun! Ele is a fantastic trainer I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I started to train with Ele just over a year after having a baby. During this time, Ele has helped me get in the best shape of my life. Thanks to her constant and unwavering support both in and out of the gym Ele has helped me feel strong both mentally and physically. This has been especially life changing for me as I have suffered a number of back and shoulder injuries in the past that took a big toll on my confidence and prevented me from exercising.
