I loved working with Paul and Tom. I turned up barely able to run with little or no strength (but a big heart) and they worked with me to make me fittest I'd ever been.
I loved the mix 1:1 training, alongside doing something different ever time I trained. Whether that was pad work with Tom, or strength with Paul. Every session felt fresh and new.
My only criticism is that Paul spent too long looking at himself in the mirror, and Tom spent too long laughing at Paul, looking at himself in the mirror (only joking Paul).
They inspired me to do more myself, and taught me loads about nutrition to go with my training plan.
I also loved meeting their other clients, as I trained, which made for a great atmosphere.
One of the best gyms I've ever trained in, with two of the loveliest blokes I know.

I absolutely love Paul and Tom. They created a custom made workout for me combined with cardio, weight training and boxing. It completely transformed my body in 4 weeks and was amazed by my results. I was fit and discovered muscles i never thought i had. They are energetic, encouraging and motivating pushing you to your limits. I highly recommend them.

Paul and Tom are fantastic. They set ambitious goals that are achievable. They will make you fitter and leaner in weeks. It's so much better than a gym, no workout is ever the same, there's a bit of cardio, some strength training, boxing and weightlifting, all tailor made according to your goals. They even advise on nutrition.
