We got Imran's details from his branded car when we were looking for a Personal Trainer in St Johns Wood. One session and we didn't look back! The whole team are really friendly and it's not a intimidating environment if you're not a seasoned gym goer.
It's hard work but always good fun. Our routines are always varied and our preferences always taken into consideration.

Personal Trainer St Johns Wood 's flyer, with the inspiring slogan '21 day flat belly formula' , attracted me when I had a wrist in plaster which was preventing me doing my usual low level exercise by bicycle. Imran's can-do attitude accepted my challenge, and he set me up with 3 sessions a week of personal training and a diet of healthy protein and veg, cutting out bad carbohydrates and processed food. The personal training is ace: the team provide an endlessly changing variety of exercises tailored to the individual, for muscle definition, core and cardio. Tom, Tevin, Harvey and Husein each provide a subtly different approach. You also get a regular motivational email reminding one of key parts of the diet and exercise plan. They willingly provided me a set of exercises to do on holiday. Results? Yes! I've been shopping for clothes 2 sizes smaller!, and feel a whole lot fitter and more alive.
