Krissy is a great PT. Krissy gets to know you as a person and really understands your goals. The workouts have always been suitable for my fitness level and she will adjust the program around commitments or changing goals. Krissy is a brilliant PT and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I started as beginner not having done any serious exercise before. She set a plan for me to follow to help build my confidence, working me hard but also playing to my ability. This helped me develop and I’m now pleased to say I’m growing my techniques and I am stronger than before and most importantly enjoying exercise! Something I never thought I would say.

I started working out with Krissy in September following a recommendation by a friend. I’m a busy working mum in my mid-forties who hates gyms but wanted to get fit and strong. I love that she is happy to meet me in the park or at my home and that she brings any kit we need with her. Our sessions are varied and fun, each workout is different which keeps me interested. She’s also her own best advertisement: I’ve never met anyone else quite so strong, fit, toned and gorgeous - she knows what she’s doing and has decades of personal and professional experience to draw on. She listens but also pushes you to perform and she’s a lovely person to spend an hour with. I also really value her flexibility and understanding when last minute parenting or work commitments have scuppered our workout plans. We’ve been working out twice a week for just over two months and despite not changing my diet I’ve seen results: more muscle definition, synched waist and improved general well-being. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone wishing to get in shape or training to complete a tough fitness goal. Whether beginner or pro, she can motivate you to get the results you seek.

Krissy is an amazing PT, works you really hard whilst being supportive and always pushes you to do your best. She’s really knowledgeable about physiology and always explains why you’re doing a specific exercise and how it will help. Back in early 2017 I was quite overweight and my general health and lifestyle was much to be desired. I came across one of Krissy's fitness posts on a local Facebook group and decided to get in touch with her. She invited me to a taster session which she made enjoyable and made me feel at ease, even though I was out of my comfort zone.
After a talk about what I wanted to achieve, I decided to start training with Krissy, initially 3x week for 30 min sessions. Every session was different but all were customised to me and my goals and she ensured I got the most out of our time.
During this time I have achieved fat loss of over 2 stone, reduced my BMI, increased my muscle mass and improved my lifestyle and nutrition beyond recognition. I have competed in multiple 5/10k runs, am currently strength training but will eventually start training with Krissy for a half Marathon amongst other future events.
I also train using Krissy's online app which allows me to workout anywhere, even when I don't have access to gym equipment as these are also customised / personalised quarterly programmes by Krissy.
This keeps me accountable and it also means Krissy can keep an eye on what I'm doing and make any necessary adjustments.
Nearly 3 years on, Krissy is still my PT and I wouldn't train with anyone else. She is professional, patient, compassionate, honest, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. If you put the work in, with Krissy's help you will get the results and so much more.

I’ve been training with Krissy for over 2 years now and genuinely love it! Her approach to Personal Training and health and fitness as a whole is brilliant because she looks at the full picture – nutrition, lifestyle, commitments and of course exercise!!
Our sessions are always varied and she is completely focused on helping me reach my goals – including a PB in the Ealing Half Marathon and successful completion of the 3 Peaks Challenge in under 24 hours. Through ensuring the right balance of strength and conditioning work alongside running, Krissy has also made sure that I have been injury free after a few years of regular knee and ankle issues.
As well as training sessions Krissy also creates a workout schedule for me on her app – VirtualGym. This means that when we aren’t training together I can still make sure that I am working towards achieving my goals – and of course she can keep an eye on me and make sure I am not slacking off when she’s not there!! The programs on the app are updated every 8 – 12 weeks which means I am always progressing and achieving more.
Ultimately Krissy has created a sustainable health and fitness solution for me and has encouraged me to prioritise a healthier lifestyle alongside my other commitments – this is something which has long been a goal of mine but have struggled to achieve, largely due to a demanding job in a start up company. Working with Krissy over the last 2 years I have achieved this and had a lot of fun along the way. I am already looking forward to more challenges and goal achievements in 2020 with Krissy’s support.
