Fit by Green has changed my life! Way more than just a personal trainer, Sasha has improved my fitness, strength, posture and flexibility! Advising me on my diet and other aspects of health, Sasha pushed me just enough to keep me motivated but not too much too put me off. Incredibly easy to get on with, I’ve felt comfortable as from start to finish which helped as I knew nothing about fitness having never really worked out. 10/10 would recommend to all ages, abilities and targets!

I’ve used many personal trainers over the years and Sasha is by far the best. I’ve had multiple injuries and despite this he came up with a bespoke training programme that worked for me and got me to the fittest I’ve ever been. He really helped me with my nutrition. I would highly recommend.

Really saw results fast by sticking to Sashas Fitness plan. I lost inches around my waist and thighs and arms, and found it really easy to follow as you can do small 20 minute workouts at home or in the gym. He also gave me a nutritious food guide and I made sure I stuck to it. It was tasty, delicious meals and I haven’t had to miss out on anything as it provides healthy options on all those foods we like to eat. I couldn’t recommend enough, and now I feel I can keep it up by adjusting my old bad habits.

Having been a client with Sasha at Fit by Green for a couple of years now, this review is truly overdue...
Sasha has helped me look the best I've ever looked, and feel the best I've ever felt. He continuously changes my training program which keeps my body guessing, and in turn keeps the progress coming, week after week!
He devised a nutrition plan incorporating foods that I actually like - so it doesnt even seem like a chore to be eating healthy. In addition, he also advised on some small lifestyle changes that still keep things fun on my weekends, but has made a huge impact on my health and well-being.
And lastly, and probably most importantly, he always has a smile on his face, and is 100% professional, regardless of the situation.
Cant sing his praises loud enough! Highly recommended PT!
