I cannot recommend Alexandra highly enough. I enlisted her help midway through my first trimester of pregnancy when I was feeling sluggish and not myself - within a couple of sessions I had more energy back and went on to have a very smooth pregnancy staying active right up until the end. I’m certain this is down to Alexandra’s motivation and tailored plan for me, and can’t wait to get in touch post baby to pick up where we left off! Alexandra is a superb personal and group trainer. She completely transformed my fitness levels and understanding of how to do exercises correctly. She completely whipped me and my sister into shape after a year of training with her. Weight training with her was not intimidating, unlike some traditional gyms, so it was a great place to start this. Her group classes are also very inspiring and motivating! I will definitely be back to personal training and classes soon.

I have been attending Fit Me Training for a number of years now. I had lost enthusiasm for exercise and training when I had children, but thanks to Alexandra's class I feel fitter, stronger and much more motivated. The best thing about the classes is Alexandra's commitment to keeping them varied and challenging. She will advise on technique so that you can get the best out of each exercise and avoid injury. I attend boot camp and kettle bells classes. The classes are local and at convenient times that I can combine with work and family. Alexandra expects us all to work as hard as we can and give a 100% - which I find very motivational. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is keen to get fit and is looking for a class that is varied, demanding (in a good way!) and fun!

Alexandra is a fantastic personal trainer. She has really revived my love for exercise and I’ve gained a lot of fitness as well as losing weight and toning up.
She makes the sessions fun and varied and explains each exercise really clearly so you know exactly what you’re doing and how it’s going to benefit you. She managed to keep me motivated - even throughout the winter months!
Alexandra’s group bootcamp sessions are also great and definitely get you sweating as well as being fun.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Alexandra for any of your fitness needs.

Alexandra is exactly what you want from a fitness instructor: friendly, motivating and very knowledgable. Her classes are tough but enjoyable, and she always keeps the activities varied.
It's remarkable how much my fitness has improved since I've started going to Alexandra's bootcamp. I'd highly recommend it for anyone trying to get or stay in shape!

If you live in or near Brockley and you are toying with the idea of working with a personal trainer to reach your goals I wholeheartedly say that Alexandra is an asset to the area. If you haven't considered a personal trainer before I strongly suggest you give it a go- even just 5 sessions to see how you get on. Alexandra is very down to earth and will ensure you get sessions in the diary, and motivate you to work out to levels you never thought possible. At the same time she's highly knowedgable and skilled in many aspects of fitness, both strength, cardio, mobility, athletics, food tips, you name it she knows it and will set you a professional plan and motivate you. And compared to the overheads you pay in the gym I found Alexandras fees were fair in comparison to the benefits. I also recommend her bootcamp classes on Saturday mornings, Kettlebell classes, HIIT classes and more, spread throughout the week at the Telegraph Hill Centre to compliment your training.

We hired Alexandra for 10 joint sessions to get us fit before I underwent major hip surgery. We both wanted to increase our overall fitness and I was aiming to build my upper body and core strength to help with my recovery and using crutches post-op while my wife wanted to build her upper body strength as she would be caring for me full time.
Alexandra was incredible! She took the time to learn all about my condition and operation, and tailored our training plan accordingly. I had "easier" versions of some exercises, while my other half had the hard core versions! Alexandra also gave us couples exercises to do at home between training sessions, and invited my wife to attend her fab boot camp classes on the weekend.
She has a wonderful demeanor, and is motivational, fun and caring. We can't recommend her highly enough. I have no doubt that we're both coping far better post-op than we would have done without her help. Absolutely recommend Alexandra, 100%

Alexandra's bootcamp classes are the most exhilarating, challenging and endorphin-releasing exercise I have ever done! After just a handful of sessions I could see and feel results... And so was hooked! As a regular member, you certainly feel achievement at mastering the techniques but never have the opportunity to get too familiar as Alexandra maintains an ever changing structure.
A definite boost to both the body and mind - I would highly recommend Alexandra's classes to anyone.

I have been attending Bootcamp and kettlebells for a number of years now. Both sessions combined works extremely well. Alexandra always offers good advice. She is a great coach and she will also make sure everyone stretches themselves to the best of their abilities. I highly recommend "Fit-me-training" to anyone who wants to tone, strengthen muscles and build strong cardio. Alex expects us all to work hard and this is very motivational. All the activities are varied. I feel stronger mentally and physically since I attend the classes and definitely fitter!

Alexandra is a fantastic personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable and professional, about both fitness and nutrition.
