I have been working out with Eszter since the beginning of lockdown and that has helped me to keep my body and mind in shape. I was never a fun of online training but Eszter has changed that, I enjoy each of our session even when they are challenging. Highly recommend her, she understand your needs, your body and help you to progress.

I started training with Eszter 2 years ago after having my first child and she helped me get into better shape than I ever had been. What’s great about Eszter is that she gets to know you and your body and what’s going to work for you. She pushes you to make progress but at a pace that is right for you and your body (without going easy on you 😉). Eszter makes training fun and enjoyable whilst being the the utmost professional. I have been training with Eszer for a few years now. When I started to train with her I was an absolute newbie in fitness. She takes her time to find out what is your goal, what do you want to achieve she will make sure you will reach your goal and more!! She is planning your session with care and specially for you, what your body needs. You will work hard on the sessions and in the same time you will have laughter and so much fun.
I do recommend Eszer not just for muscle bulding, leaning etc. but for recovering from injuries too. During lockdown I stopped working out and developed plantar fasciitis and Sciatica. I did the physiotherapy, but wasn't enough. I went back to Eszter and she has put together a gentle exercise programme for me. Which is really helping and after 3 weeks already feeling much better! Working out with Eszter is brilliant, not just for your body, but for your mental health too. Eszter is the most positive, energetic person who I know! You will be motivated for sure! :)

In the middle of the pandemic in 2020, my wife introduced me to Eszter. Absolutely brilliant fitness class, a holistic approach to exercise, mindset and nutrition, with lots of variety. Never a dull moment. For just over 18 months, Eszter’s 1:1s have been routine in my life in this new normal. Do yourself a favour, book a lesson with her. The best investment I’ve made in my health.

Eszter at Fit-Nest was recommended to me by a friend and my only regret is not starting much sooner - I was worried about my arthritic knees but the powerplate sessions have improved them, by improving the muscles around. Eszter's strength is completely tailoring the sessions to your needs, what you want to achieve and what your body can manage.
