I initially started training with Coach Clem 3 years ago to lose a bit of weight and get fitter. Since then our strategies have changed and Clem has motivated me to set new goals and challenges. Our weekly sessions have been a lifeline during lockdown and I really enjoy the tough sessions! He's a great trainer and I have managed to lose over 12 kilos working out with him and following his nutritional advice. He has helped me shift my focus from weight loss to overall well-being which I'm really grateful for!
I began working out with coach Clem about four months ago and can’t recommend him and his diet plan enough. Losing weight was the initial goal which I am very happy to have achieved, but I also feel stronger and have a healthier relationship with food. I am now confident that I know what I’m eating to get the results I would like because of Clem. Thanks Coach!

I recently completed the 60 day nutrition plan with Coach Clem. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I met with Clem several times, and he put together a bespoke nutrition plan for me, which was easy to follow and didn't feel restrictive, which meant it was much easier to stick to. I was already highly active before starting the plan, but Clem gave me some tips on adjusting my fitness regime to help me get better results.
Clem was always responsive if I needed any extra guidance or support. He talked me through the science of nutrition and fat loss, which gave me the understanding of why it was better to eat certain foods when, and provided me the tools to be able to plan meals to fit in with my lifestyle. Over the course of the 60 days I lost almost 6kg of body fat, and gained almost 1kg of muscle mass, with my overall body fat dropping from 21% to 15%. I'm now the leanest I've ever been, feel stronger than ever and am performing at a higher level.
I saw results very quickly, had more energy and clearer skin. I would 100% recommend this plan, I only wish I'd joined it earlier! Thanks to Coach Clem and the Transformation Lab, I have finally found a way of eating that works for my lifestyle, and helps me achieve sustainable results. Thank you Clem!

The Transformation Lab with Coach Clem is hands down the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed every second and not only did I learn a great deal, it was all knowledge I could apply to training outside of the sessions, as Clem really helped me improve my skills and technique. The food plan was straightforward and easy to maintain, and Clem was always available to answer any questions. I have so much more energy than before and feel fitter than ever, I can’t recommend the Transformation Lab more highly!

I opted for the 8 week transformation package minus the personal training as I already had a membership at Core Collective. I found Coach Clem very helpful and informative and it was great to have the support to keep me on track throughout the programme. The photos, weigh ins and follow up meetings was excellent throughout and the plan was extremely simple to follow. If I needed any advice I would be able to contact Clem at any stage via email or mobile about what to eat and when and this was extremely helpful in staying focused on the transformation.
I would say that for myself this is money well invested since I am continuing to follow good eating habits post the transformation package. I am still losing weight and shaping up. The plan is very easy to follow and requires dedication to follow a strict eating plan. However once you begin to follow the plan it will become like second nature and you wont even have to think about it. A great plan however does require dedication on behalf of the client to achieve maximum results.

Coach Clem is amazing. I did the 60 days package and had fantastic results. I lost weight, gain some strength, improved my cardio. He really knows what he is doing and the diet is simple and efficient, he knows also a lot about nutrition and give very good advices.

The Transformation Lab is a incredible. Coach Clem really knows his stuff and made a huge difference to my health and wellbeing. His meal and exercise plans are amazing and he really has a way of making you understand why we should and shouldn't eat what we do when we do. He's always on hand by phone or email to answer any questions. He really is first rate and I cannot recommend him enough. I'll be back for sure if I ever let myself slide again.

Sticking to the 12 week plan I saw huge success and hit my goals and further. Starting at 15% body fat and dropping to 6.7%.
Coahc Clem and the guidelines makes it very simple to follow and with results showing after the first 3/4 weeks it really helped me to stay motivated and carry on.
Eating smarter, something you learn with Coach Clem means you still get eat a lot of food all while achieving your goals. I never really felt like I was in a deficit and at times was eating more than I did before.
Earning your carbs, and strategically planned cheat meals are great tools used on the transformation to keep you on track.
I highly recommend this transformation plan, being a personal trainer myself it has been the most effective nutritional outline I have a followed.

Signing up to Coach Clems Transformation Lab programme is one of the best decisions I’ve made. After 8 weeks I’ve learnt to love exercise, and followed a simple and easy to implement food plan of clean and tasty protein. I signed up not because I thought I didn't know how to go about improving my fitness, strength and overall physical condition (though now I realise I didn't know) but because I wanted to work with someone who would inspire me and hold me accountable for being disciplined. Knowing Clem's style from some of the Core Collective classes I knew I would get this, but in addition I've learned a hell of a lot as well about diet and training.
I opted for the nutrition, online programming (complete workout plan) and PT sessions and think it's well worth the investment to get the benefit of the face to face, and the detailed content in the background. Clem is extremely supportive both in the gym and over comms and fun to work with while having a firm, no-nonsense attitude that keeps you focussed.
The results of the programme have way exceeded my expectations - including 9kg of fat loss in a 2 month period. Best of all, the experience has left me with a bank of knowledge and and inspiration to change my lifestyle long term so I feel I have made a lifetime investment as opposed to just a "transformation plan"

Having finished the programme, I saw some amazing results not only doing the 8 week transformation but I stuck with it and went on to forge 12 week plan. It really helped me reach and exceed my goals. I went from17% body fat to 7.3%.
Coach Clem helped me the whole way through and provided some strict but achievable guidelines which were easy to follow. When I lost focus he helped me keep my drive to reach the result I wanted!
I was never hungry but I ate good clean food. Cheat meals were still my favourite but instead of being the norm they were a treat I really enjoyed and I felt like it was ok to indulge rather than knowing I shouldn't.
Definitely worth giving the transformation a go, it's made me feel better about myself and healthier to get what I want out of life.

This body transformation programme is nothing short of a miracle. It is not scary (though day 3 was a bit wobbly!), its a simple eating plan that includes well timed treats and incentives to exercise - and quite frankly it’s the only way in hell I was ever going to beat my unholy addiction to sugar! I lost 4.5 kilos of fat and gained 2.5 kilos of muscle mass in 30 days and what’s more I have intergtrated this plan into my life, because I feel so much better doing it. I can’t believe I’m able to do this, I can’t even count the New Years resolutions about food that have come and gone and now, through the transformation lab, I have been able to make some long term changes for the better.
