I’m so thankful to have met Ophelie who has guided me through my fitness journey from the start, even when I’ve been away from class. She’s the only instructor I’ve ever had who knows what she’s talking about, her knowledge of the body and muscle group activation is insane, and it really comes through in her warm ups and especially contortion classes. She was also so amazingly supportive of me during my injury, providing so much help for physio tips and recovery!!
It’s impossible to leave Ophelie’s classes without a huge smile on my face because they’re full of so much joy, support and enthusiasm. Please try her classes it will be the best thing you’ll ever do 💪🏼

Ophelie is the most passionate, inspiring and motivational instructor who has pushed me to become an incredibly confident, strong and flexible woman! Her aerial and contortion lessons never get easier and she is always challenging me to be better each session!!!
Ophelie deserves all the love and recognition in the world for her dedication and diligence towards her work!!! She is not just an instructor, she's also a friend who genuinely cares (something the fitness world needs to take on board more imo) 🤪

Ophelie is not only highly experienced and knowledgable, she is passionate and considerate. She hones your focus to areas to achieve flexibility and mobility that is safe for your body and in doing so, builds strength within those muscles. She listens to you but she will also push you for a little bit more.
She’s professional - expect to work hard but have fun at the same time.
I have done flexibility training and aerial circus classes with her for the last 15 months (and still going!) Ophelie is creative and a total badass.

She’s amazing! My mum had a piriformis injury which was causing her sciatic nerve to give her grief and she couldn’t walk properly she was in that much pain. We had one 20 minute consultation with Ophelie and my mum did the exercises/releasing/stretching daily, recommended by Ophelie, and one week later she is now pain free and walking just fine! Thank you so much babe we appreciate you xxx

I've trained with Ophelie for almost 3 years now. When I first came to her I hadn't hit the gym in about 18 months due to health issues. I was starting from square minus 1!!
She was so supportive and encouraging with my workouts but also with my self image and approach to life. I doubt I would have reached the level of fitness I'm at now without her ❤️
