Had a few fitness sessions with Pavel and enjoyed them immensely. His boxing sessions in particular involve high intensity exercise that pushed and challenged me even though I have trained for many years by myself. After spending time warming up for work outs, Pavel quickly establishes your level of fitness and adapts the session structure to fit your needs and ability. Hard work but very enjoyable. The view from his (huge!) terrace and his music playlists are a nice touch and a welcome change from a gym environment. I’ll definitely be back for more!
