Selver has really helped me on my fitness journey.
Fantastic!! The training plans are second to none and clearly tailored to suit each individual clients requirements. The thing that sets Selver apart is the level of communication she gives you, she’s always on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement along the way
She has given me loads of advise along the way and helped both physically and mentally. I am really enjoying my journey so far and seeing progress. She always pushes me to do better. I have trained with Selver for over three years now, and I cannot be happier with her as a PT and a lifestyle advisor. She was a life saviour in lockdowns -I had no excuses not to train. She has shown that with a few weights and resistance bands you can have a balanced workout. In the lockdown I lost a lot of weight due to disciplined training and a balanced diet. Selver is encouraging and gives you the right advice, overall helping you to stick to your plan to achieve the goal, whatever it is. I couldn’t recommend Selver enough! When I started my journey with Selver over a year ago now I was sceptical. I was sure she was like all the other PT. I was wrong. She is as committed as you are, she listens to your goal and she makes sure you achieve or even over achieve it. I still believe Selver has been my blessing. My relationship with the gym came about due to my upcoming wedding - what better excuse to get into shape. I would do a HIIT class every Saturday morning with Selver. It was brutal! My husband (fiancé at the time) and I would call her “the mean lady”. I was not a fitness person by any means. The HIIT class was the most active I was during the week. In late 2017, when the stress of work and life started manifesting physically I had to make a change. I thought who else can whip my behind into shape than Selver. She became my PT and it has been the absolute best investment I’ve ever made. My entire physical and mental health changed. My asthma symptoms improved so much that I was able to reduce the daily dose of my inhaler and never had to use an emergency inhaler. My constant migraines disappeared. My confidence went through the roof! I was in my early 30s and never looked better in my entire life. What was really a game changer for me was my pregnancy. Before I became pregnant Selver helped me prepare my body by strengthening my core and back. I’m a 5 foot 3 small person and I carried an 8 pound baby boy to full term with no back issues whatsoever. My abdomen separation was minimal! I was not one of those woman who could tolerate working out during pregnancy- I spent more time in the bathroom than on the gym floor. So when I gave birth I was concerned about how my body would change. And it did change but for the better. I never felt stronger so going back to the gym was amazing and Selver was right there with me by my side. The appreciation I have for my body would not have come about without Selver. I wish I could go back and make her my PT from the very moment we met. She has been one of the best things to happen to me and I wouldn’t change that for anything.

Life-changing! Selver listens to what you want to achieve and makes it happen. Simple as that. You just have to put up with her around-the-clock monitoring.. but of course that's what's needed.. support with a side of supervision! Excellent. Would highly recommend.

Excellent personal training. Selver really cares and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. She gives hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement in a funband professional manner. You will not do the same workout twice and if you train with her you will see the results no question. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try her training, you won’t be disappointed.

Selver is an amazing PT. We have worked together for over 3 years and she has taken me from not being able to lift 5kg dumbells without feeling sick to training three/week and feeling better than I have ever felt before.
Selver lways makes sure our sessions are challenging but varied and interesting.
I always feel better mentally and physically after our sessions and have lost 7kg through our work outs and her advice on eating well. Even during lockdown and not being able to use the gym, we continued to work out via video calls and every session was different and kept me on track and also massively helped me mentally.

I signed up for just 4 sessions over 2 years ago to 'get ready for summer'. All this time later still maintaining the weekly sessions, not because I haven't lost weight but precisely because Selver knows what she is doing. Lost over 10kg, sustainably. It isn't a quick fix but a change of mind and thus body. Each session is varied and enioyable. She has figured out how to motivate me. In the last year we switched to virtual sessions and even with limited equipment I was improving and actually increased to 2 sessions per week. I always feel better after a workout and even invested in additional equipment as I now look forward to workouts rather than see them as a necessary evil. Especially in the last year I have enjoyed the extra support given. Can highly recommend Selver's expertise.
