I started training with Sean may/June 2021 and have learnt so much about myself , massively improved my fitness level and reached goals I didn’t believe I could reach. Having Sean as a PT is the biggest investment I’ve made for myself. I was scared to look at the scales when I 1st started but now that I understand how my body works I no longer have a phobia… and that is progress. Having a PT to some is quite intimidating but I’m so grateful to have Sean in my life now , he’s one of my biggest supporters and always pushes me to my limits. Having a PT as your supporter will help you work even harder especially if you are seeing progress. I loved my workouts , the structure , and the in depth convos . I’m still on my journey and working on being more confident and self acceptance but working out with Sean has definitely pushed me in the right direction . I have BBD( body dysmorphic disorder) and for those who know what that is , even showing up to the gym is very hard , you feel like everyone is watching you , the anxiety kicks in and your out of your comfort zone but Sean has made it easier and made me feel comfortable enough to get through my bad days . I will forever be grateful and appreciate your patience old man xx

My experience with gyms and personal trainers had never been pleasant, partly due to the untailored approach used by many trainers and gyms. I initially started to attend Sean's classes and loved the energy, consistent motivational support and attention given by him even in classes of up to 16, so I decided to start 1-1 sessions with him. Since signing up, I have not looked back. Sean is a courteous, respectful, non-judgmental and professional individual, who uses a variety of routines that are challenging but fun which makes working out a very enjoyable experience. I met Sean @energiefitnesschingford 3 years ago, but this year I decided I wanted personal training to take my training to the next level as well as rebuild my shoulder from a rotata cuff injury.
Sean is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone whether it's starting or just to push your fitness to another level!! He supports you 24 7 his always there, whether it's in person or on the phone his got your back!
I train with Sean twice a week as well doing his Sunday Meta Fit, and I can honestly say I've never felt so pushed to my limits in my life. The changes are amazing!

Few months ago I made a conscious decision to change to a healthier lifestyle and becoming fit when I met Sean. I was clueless and didn't know where to start. I created so many barriers in my head so we had a chat and discussed my options where he promised me from the start I CAN LOSE WEIGHT! When I first started training with Sean I had only been to the gym a few times. I was nervous and out of my comfort zone, Sean made me feel comfortable and built up my confidence instantly. Training is engaging and fun, his constant support and motivation pushed me to put my all into each session. Sean’s dietary advice was a massive help as this was my main obstacle. Once we had tackled that, I saw instant results.
I achieved my six month weight goal within four months, Sean then asked what I’d like to achieve next and tweaked our following sessions to reflect my new goal.
Whatever goal you may have, whether that be losing weight or building muscle, Sean will help you achieve that. He is a very innovative individual so whether you’re training in the gym, in the park or online, he will ensure that you work hard each session and bring you closer to achieving your goals. I initially started training with Sean around a year ago. I was never someone who had trained previously or had the willingness to. My friend had dragged me to the gym where I met Sean.
I noticed everything changed not only physically but mentally. Sean made me realise so many aspects of training and eating and now, it isn't as hard as before. He helped me persevere and after training in the right way, I fell pregnant which wasn't something that initially came easy but I believe it is down to the training and the advice Sean has given me. Not only does he over deliver but he is constantly motivating and educating me on health which I can't thank him enough for.
