I have been going to see Maciej for almost a year following a cycling injury (broken elbow) : he has been outstanding, utterly professional, highly experienced, motivating and fun, helping with improving overall mobility, strength balance and range through really good range of exercises and movements. The sessions are totally bespoke, and adapted each time, but building on what I have done before. They are fun, engaging and I feel stronger and more mobile and knowledgeable than ever: this is a brilliant set up. I really enjoy the sessions and highly recommend him, and can now do a handstand!

I trained with Maciej for a couple of years and would still be training with him if I hadn't moved away. He is focused and straightforward and encourages you to push yourself. He is also friendly and easy to chat to. I looked forward to our sessions which for someone very unfit and lazy was quite a surprise. He was also very helpful when I had injuries, finding workarounds or additional exercises to support recovery. I definitely felt much stronger and healthier after working with him. Would highly recommend.

I had a knee surgery in Dec 16 and from September 17 I've been training at Gym Locomotive with Maciej and it has been really uplifting and enjoyable. He makes your gym routine different every time you go there. Gradually he builds up your workout depending on your needs. I cannot recommend Maciej enough. His training programs are perfectly tailored for each individual and each session is different so never boring! After having my twins a few years ago, I needed to strengthen (rediscover!) my core muscles and his approach to training has done just that, as well as motivating me to take a (much needed...) healthier approach to nutrition in general.

Been going to see Maciej for a few years now. I am naturally lazy about exercise and M is the only trainer I have ever been motivated to persevere with. Good at pushing you to your natural limits, but without overdoing it. He listens to your feedback and constantly adapts routines to keep everything fresh. Very organised on the admin side as well, which in my experience is not always the case in this business.

Maciej ensures each training session is an exacting combination of precise technique and intensity calibrated to your individual needs and fitness goals. His approach of using mainly own body and free weights demands a continual focus on correct execution and posture, something that machine based routines tend to lack. No two sessions are the same, with the one constant being that they are always conducted with humour and steely encouragement. The studio is light-filled and serene, an ideal place to zone-out and focus on stretching your physical limits. I have been a client for all most 2 years and can highly recommend Maciej and Gym Locomotive.

Maciej is a brilliant trainer and in my 5 years of working out with him we have done so many varieties of exercise including boxing, kettle bells, circuit training, function movement, HIT, yoga and even brilliant rehabilitation whilst I had an injury (which I got from solo training I hasten to add!). Maciej has an incredible knowledge of the human body and is encouraging, nurturing and great fun to work out with.
The venue is wonderful and Maciej has created a space that is uplifting, restful and inspiring.
Whatever your health & wellness goals I would highly recommend Maciej and 5 stars is absolutely the rating to be given! :)
