Claudiu is the best partner in the competition I have started with my own body. I work with him for 2-3 years and the results are amazing, thanks to him I have reached to the best version of mine, even after 2 kids☺️. Yes,he is tough, yes he is demanding, yes he is not the first person you want to tell what a good cake you ate, but I would not replace him with nobody else. The workout plans are so various and even if sometimes i have the feeling that he’s upset on me 🙈, i know that he wants me to extend my limits.

Working with Claudiu is really nice. He is professional, accurate, always supportive, constant in his work and very understanding. We are always in touch and he’s determined and driven to help in any way possible. From my experience working with Claudiu, online training is not only about fitness and training but is also about your mental state, what motivates you, how can things improve so that you keep going and enjoy the process of your transformation.

I contacted Claudiu 5 weeks ago to help me with my strength and conditioning for a couple of ultra distance cycling and running challenges this summer. In that short time he has already improved my mobility - a long standing shoulder niggle has completely cleared up - and I am already starting to see strength gains and better performance running and cycling. He has also overhauled my nutrition - I have dropped nearly 4kg and now feel better than I have in years - and he has also put together a training plan for my ultra goals. I can't thank him enough!
Claudiu is the most knowledgeable and conscientious PT I have worked with - his attention to detail is second to none, nothing escapes his eye, and I am sure that is why I am getting the results I am. His sessions are varied, extremely well thought out and very specific to my goals. He is professional, extremely personable and great at communicating and explaining his reasoning. I can't recommend him highly enough and am really excited to be working with him towards my crazy, ambitious goals!

I'd highly recommend Claudiu as a personal trainer. He has been my trainer for over two years and I am very content. He is very experienced and works with you to achieve your goals. Currently, I’m doing online training and it’s amazing! Every month, I have a different plan that builds on the previous one. He checks in with you to see how you’re getting on with the workout plan and if you have any questions you can also reach out to him. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I can’t recommend Claudiu enough to anyone looking for motivation, accountability and challenge with their fitness journey! He’s clearly knows his stuff and helped me with fitness, nutrition and even helped accelerate my sprained ankle recovery party way through our training. He does not have a 1 size fits all approach and really listens while also pushing / challenging you to achieve your goals!

I’ve been fortunate to work with Claudiu for 18 months and am happy that I started this journey. My initial reason for working with Claudiu was to help me become more mobile as I was dealing with a shoulder and foot injury. Our activity options were limited due to my physical issues. Early in our time together we focused on working thru the shoulder challenges. As that improved we expanded training to be more comprehensive. As time passed Claudiu structured our sessions to a mix of mobility and weight training. We added in a focus on nutrition and overall health. Claudiu’s guidance on my weekly workouts, as well as overall lifestyle, have been incredibly benificial. We are now maximising our workouts to achieve a specific fitness goal, I’ve incorporated his nutrition guidance into my daily life. I reached to Claudiu as i was extremely stuck with my fitness and also acquired a few limitations and injuries that were stoping me from progressing and affecting my motivation. From the beginning he focused on my needs adapting the training to my current training level and mobility.
Made me enjoy every minute of the workout by keeping me motivated and constantly challenging my body.

Ive always been the type of person that wants all the benefits of pushing myself in the gym but lack the self discipline to push to the limit - this is where Claudiu comes in, by having Claudiu as my PT on a regular basis he is able to push me harder and longer than I would ever push myself, he also gives me detailed plans and exercises to do on the days we don’t train and has transformed the way I eat with detailed nutrition goals specific to me.
