I would like to explain why you should consider Jack as your personal trainer.
Most personal trainers have specialist knowledge on training methods, nutrition and recovery. Jack has these things; he explains himself with patience and brings you along with him.
The reason I recommend Jack to you is that he has something else, something unique: Jack is wonderfully and infectiously motivating. He lifts you consistently and creates an environment which you want to visit.
For me, the role of the personal trainer is to reduce the friction between you and the hard work needed to suceed. At this, he is the best I know.

Jacks classes are amazing and I never thought I would enjoy exercising as I never have! Jack makes you feel very comfortable pushes you so you get the results you want but in a fun way, I was a total beginner to exercise and by the end I felt very confident in going to the classes ! Honestly can’t recommend him enough :))))

As part of our slimfit group Jack is amazing! Always creating new ways of making us sweat but without the screaming and shouting that you often get with a personal trainer. I also went for a PT session at the gym and he is super enthusiastic and encouraging that you can actually do more than you think you can! I’m often very shy but my confidence increased a lot. Highly recommend Jack as a PT.
