I’ve been working with Jack for over 12 months, and he has completely changed my outlook on training, and nutrition. In that 12 months, I’m just over 10kg down in weight, and my strength in the gym has never been better! He’s also given me so much knowledge on all things diet, training, sleep, stress, and I know I couldn’t have made all this progress on my own. Would 100% recommend Jack as an online coach!

Jack is an incredible PT and has a lot of knowledge regarding all aspects of the fitness industry. He really helped me to change the way to look at my diet and taught me so many things I didn’t know!

Before Jack, I didn't know my way around a gym, or what to do for the body I aspired to have. From day dot, Jack was invested in helping me achieve my long term goals, which included fat loss, muscle gain, and increased overall fitness. Gone are the days of intensive cardio. I now feel confident using weights in the gym, and am learning what works for others might not work for me. Working out comes in all shapes and sizes, and it's no one size fits all. Jack is an excellent PT. Takes the time to understand your goals and where you are, is very good at identifying imbalances in your body and what to do to fix them. Comes up with a great program with great focus on form and technique, and supplements this with good suggestions on nutrition and intake. Definitely would recommend.
