Jackie helped me out of a rut as I was feeling down about my body shape and eating habits. She reset my mindset by introducing a detox diet which was not as bad as I thought I might be. Then we began to reintroduce foods to check on intolerance. We discovered I might be intolerant to eggs but we are monitoring this. I wanted to lose the middle roll that I have gained over the year and I am beginning to see the shift by attending her workout classes 4 times. Jackie is with you all the way, always supportive and always ready to have answers that you are concerned. Her classes are great fun and easy to follow. I love her positivity in all of this and meeting up with her for a recap on the past week is also beneficial as it spurs you on into the following week. Highly recommend this course and you will reap benefits.

Starting my challenge with Jackie is one off the things I have ever done. I have tried many diets and exercises in the past and nothing has ever worked. My results are unbelievable I lost 18lbs in weight and 10% body fat in just 6 weeks “incredible” Jackie is great at motivating you and help you though your journey I would 100% recommended Jackie grant. Before I started with Jackie I had never been happy with my body shape or weight. As the years went on my weight would go up and up. My stamina was rubbish and fitness was appalling. I would join the gym and then quit after a few months. After completely Jackie’s 6 week challenge I have noticed such a big difference. With a loss of 1 and a half stones and the changes in my body, I am feeling so much more healthier and more importantly happier. Before I started working with Jackie, I wasn’t very confident in my appearance, wearing only oversized hoodies and trackies to cover up. I had absolutely no energy, and was constantly tired. I’ve tried many diets which claimed to have great results, however they weren’t lasting.
Since working with Jackie, I’ve lost 5.5% body fat and I feel so much more energetic than I did before. The best thing about working with Jackie was the variety of different workouts we had, no two were the same which kept me on my toes and was always excited to come to the class.
I’ve learned different healthy recipes, new workouts and have found a new self confidence, I feel a lot more sexy and fresh after the program.

I have just completed Jackie's 28 day mind and body programme as I needed a reboot with my eating and exercise habits.
The information was easy to follow and had great recipe ideas and a wealth of information to read to gain an understanding about what I was about to undertake.
Included is a meal plan and lists of permitted food at various stages of the programme, as well as having 4 exercises classes to do weekly.
I didn't get hungry and found it easy to follow, and really enjoyed the classes. So much so I've now started to do some form of exercise every day!!
I lost over 5kgs as well as inches and feel more energised and healthy.
It's now a way if life I intend to continue!
Jackie is a fun and easy going lady, but keeps you on the straight and narrow to achieve your goals. Very encouraging and I'd highly recommend her and the programme.

I had been having health problems for a year and was feeling unfit and uncomfortable in my body. I signed up to the gym but was not feeling very inspired about going. I needed a kick start to get my fitness back on track. I signed up to Jackie's six week programme and lost nearly 3kg and a whopping 16cm off my hips. And this is in the weeks before Christmas! I thought the early morning bootcamps would be tough but in fact it felt good to get exercise done first thing and see the sun come up. The camaraderie of the classes (and the results I saw) made those early alarm calls all worthwhile. Jackie was there throughout the programme to coach and encourage (and nudge) to keep me on track. I feel better and fitter and stronger now. I would encourage anyone thinking of working with Jackie to just go for it. If you want to make a change in your fitness, Jackie is the woman to get you there.
