James is a first class personal trainer. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and highly motivating, he took my strength and conditioning to levels I had never reached before. He's very good at adapting his programmes depending on how you respond to them, ensuring they're always tailored to your needs and abilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed every session I have ever had with him and cannot recommend him highly enough.

James has a great attitude and enthusiasm for personal training. I've been training with him since late 2019 and have seen significant improvements in my strength and fitness levels. James doesn't subscribe the mantra of burnout sessions and instead provides his clients with carefully constructed, progressive workout programmes that deliver sustainable improvements to your health and fitness whilst keeping you enjoying your gym sessions. 10/10!

James knowledge and experience in his field really does him credit as he is able to motivate and get the best out performances. It is a testament to his hard work and dedication as I am currently working muscles groups and fibres in my body which I never have before, which makes it more impressive as I have been working out for the past 15 years. The eye for detail and simplicity of his approach really is self assuring and he is able to relate to you on a personal level where it excels the boundaries we create and accept as benchmarks to a great session.
James is great as he is able to work around your schedule and is very flexible.

James takes a professional and friendly approach during the sessions, keeps you relaxed but really pushes you. The sessions have been great. I would recommend anyone looking to either get into training, looking for some one to guide them or just need someone to help get the best out of their current training regime James is the guy.

James has been crucial to the progress I've made in training. I decided to try out PT sessions for the first time around 2 years' ago after I'd hit a proverbial wall - I wasn't seeing much progress, and had picked up an knee injury which I was concerned would be a permanent obstacle to training like I was used to.
Taking into account the injury and my general fitness goals, James came up with dynamic programs that both trained around the injury and helped to rehabilitate it. I'm back into my training like never before and the injury barely registers these days.
I really don't think I could have made the progress without James' help. The assistance he provides is bespoke, thoughtful and encouraging. I would strongly recommend him whether you are a beginner or more advanced and looking to get more from your training.
