Joe is really professional and has a breadth of knowledge. Off the back of my Physio session, I booked Joe for PT sessions. He really tailors his approach to each individual and educates the technique element of exercise which ensures you are working out safely. Joe is friendly and motivational.

Not only did I lose weight but my body transformation was hard to believe. Joe's approach to fitness coaching is just top notch and completely holistic. I've been training with Joe for a few months now and I'm always excited for the next session! Unlike the majority of PT's I've seen and met, Joe doesn't check his phone during your training, he is genuinely overlooking your form/movement at all times to ensure you're not hurting yourself and always performing at peak levels.
He's been helping me improve my overall physique as well as helping me fix my shoulder tendinitis
I find him to be highly professional, he continues to support your development by sending over your progress along with workouts you can do on the days on the days you're training by yourself.

What I've found great about Joe is his passion for helping people as well as his uplifting spirit. I was suffering from a dead leg after a rugby game and he was more than willing to share his knowledge and tips for trying to get it right as well as give me a sports massage and trigger point any underlying issues. His massage techniques and knowledge of the body allowed me to recover in time to play the following weekend. Much appreciated Joe! 100% recommend

Joe is the best trainer I have ever had. His workouts got me results and he has completely changed my nutrition too. I was a cardio girl and he has converted me to lifting after he helped me achieve my dream body within a month (incredible considering I spent my life yo-yo dieting and on the treadmill and never got close to what he did for me). I started seeing him to get fit for a vacation but a year later I am not willing to let him go!

I’m celebrating 1 whole year training with the ever patient and brilliant Joe. I didn’t expect to be locked in my flat at this point in my 2020 training, but even still, the #LockdownGains sessions via FaceTime are in full swing, and this block is by far the most savage yet.
Joe, thank you for the chat, the hype, the almost 24/7 support, and for putting up with me when I don’t know what I’m doing, where I am or what day it is. I hope you realise you’re stuck in this nightmare for good.
