In my body shape and definition that nothing else has achieved so far. She manages to make each class feel fresh with new routines and new exercises. She also makes the classes a lot of fun.
Definitely recommend for everyone - not just for experts in training although those do attend the classes too. Jo tailors the classes so that there are easier options through to more challenging ones.

I always look forward to Jo’s online classes. They’re always varied, fun and challenging (but she always gives different options depending on how comfortable you are with a movement/how you’re feeling on the day). It’s a great community and Jo is an expert in the fitness industry so I always know I’m going to get the best workout which leaves me feeling great! She also uses minimal equipment which is great and you can easily replace any equipment with other objects so everyone is included :)

I first met Joanne, through me coaching female clients, and joined the Female Fitness Trainers. With me not realising it was for female personal trainers, not necessarily coaches training females.
I attended a few of the business development workshops that Joanne presented. I found them very informative and helpful, and Jo, came across as very knowledgable.
She has been in the fitness industry a long time and wants to share that experience and knowledge. She has an outgoing character, and likes to present in a fun, and informative manner.
Essentially, Jo has now become an educator in the Fitness industry, and it doesn’t matter if she is coaching, presenting, or mentoring, she always presents the facts backed up by research.
I cannot recommend working with Jo enough, whatever help you need, in whatever part of your fitness journey you are on.
Whether it is on personal fitness, your fitness training qualifications, or your business, Jo will help you in whatever areas you need.

Inspite of this Jo not only gets me and the tyre moving in ways that are fun manageable and leaving me wanting more when her sessions end.
She is so personable professional and is genuinely interested in me as a person as an individual.
She encourages me inspires me and helps me with the excersises which she makes fun.

"When you meet someone who champions you, and helps you to push yourself to find your own potential and your own way, then you tend to think highly of them. Joanne has been so great for me as her student, she has taken me through a course that has given me the tools to solve my clients problems, deliver workouts based on experience but under pinned by the science of exercise, and more importantly the confidence to say that I am great for my clients. Joanne has also set and runs a group on facebook and on the FASTER website that is focussed entirely on helping women find their voice in the industry. She removes bad science from comments, keeps the discussions on track, provides evidence for us to start reading, brings us interviews with industry leaders and helps us all stay at the front of the industries current hot topics. Joanne should win this award because she leads by coaching well, she is not shy when it comes to standing up for what is right, and she is quick to put her hand up if she makes a mistake.
