I have been training with josh now for nearly two months.
Not only am I happy with how I’m starting to look physically, the change mentally has been incredible.
Josh makes me feel extremely comfortable and is so supportive in more ways than just the training.
Josh supports me when I’m having low days, with nutrition and diet and is always checking in to help with my motivation.
He knows his stuff when it comes to the PT sessions and isn’t scared to push you to the best of your ability!

Not only is Josh incredibly friendly and personable, he is also very professional and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. I'm very happy to recommend Josh as a personal trainer if you're looking for someone that is really knowledgeable and professional. Josh understood from the start what I wanted in terms of muscle growth, and knew precisely which exercises I needed to activate certain dormant muscle groups (Glutes!). He is also great at monitoring and encouraging proper form & technique throughout training, which is something I often neglect when exercising alone. I'm very glad I chose him as my PT, he is really great at motivating and offering encouragement on days when I feel like I can't be bothered. Our session are never boring, and he is very meticulous with tracking progress.

If you are someone who wants to feel healthy and fit but also maintain your social life like me then I would definitely recommend training with Josh. He tailors flexible plans depending on your goals whether you are someone who wants to get really ripped or you simply want improve your health and confidence!
He has helped me to understand my body, nutrition and training and also the impact that life has on all of these things! I have known Josh for almost 6 years and throughout that time, whatever my goals, he has always known how to bring out the best in me. This has never felt just like a PT session; Josh looks at the whole person and their circumstances, to truly understand how to provide the right support. I started personal training with Josh back in October 2017, I was feeling rubbish & had no motivation and needed an extra push. I was also scared to go into the weights section as I had no idea what I was doing. Josh was excellent from the start, taking into account my personal needs and really helped me build my confidence with exercise and nutrition. I’ve been working out in the past but then I moved and struggled to find a good trainer. 2 months ago I came across Josh and started working out again. He prepared a program for me according to my goals and abilities including nutrition recommendation. I was so happy to see he didn’t cut out my favourite foods (or wine:)). I travel a lot so flexibility is also very important to me. Josh is always ready to plan my sessions around my traveling schedule. When I am away he regularly checks in to remind me of my goals, gives advise and motivates me. I think this shows he genuinely cares about his clients.
Josh is teaching me about a healthier but sustainable lifestyle without any crazy diets or restrictions just with little tricks and turns. And as a result, I enjoy the workouts and my journey to a better self.

Josh was great! Made me feel comfortable from the off, he really helped design a programme that I would enjoy and was in constant contact checking I was happy and offering great advice with diet and exercise. Never judgemental when I'd had a bad week and would offer up solutions to help avoid my triggers.
Would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight or improve fitness, great to learn about nutrition too. The training was challenging but enjoyable. I had never lifted weights and it was satisfying to watch my ability move up.

I have been training with Josh for a while now and have lost lots of weight and built muscle. Josh has such a great way of training and focussing on what you need. He gives me so much more than normal Personal training, He gives me training to do when i’m on my own, food plans that match my fussy eating.
He is always just a text away with any advice i way need with food or exercise. He checks in randomly with me to keep me focused on my goals.
Josh has excellent knowledge and he proper puts the personal touch into the training.

Having fallen off the wagon in terms of my fitness goals I had observed Josh training others in The Gym and was impressed by his training sessions, and that he seemed a really nice guy. I have now been training with him for over 6 months, achieving great results, and have been more than impressed by his dedication, and that he is as passionate as I am about achieving my goals (no mean feat - a 6 pack for a 50+ female!).
He does not just guide you through your personal programme, he cares about technique so you know you are in safe hands, and makes sure each session is maximised, as well as making it challenging and fun all at the same time. You never get bored as the sessions are refreshed and adapted at regular intervals.
What is also great about Josh is that he is also a graduate in nutrition and I have found his guidance around food and lifestyle choices, in particular the reasoning behind why certain choices are effective, so informative and easy to understand that it has made a huge difference to my results.
He goes way beyond what you would expect by checking in regularly and is always on hand to answer any questions I have which sets him apart from any previous trainers. If you want to be sure you reach your health and fitness goals you should book to train with Josh, you couldn't be in better hands (just don’t pinch my time slot!).

I started weight training with Josh with primary goal to lose weight and to get all the basic right so that I wouldn't injure myself.
We worked together and managed to lose 10kg of my body, we then moved on to build muscle.
Again because he helped me get the basic right, the progress of muscle development is very much productive, over 3 months I can see my muscle definition very clearly.
Beside, Josh is very good at nutrition and scientific knowledge behind the muscle development, I always learn new stuffs every time when discussing these topics with him.
He is also keep pushing himself to give his clients the best they could get e.g. providing healthy meal plans, some psychology tips and tricks or even (if you are interested) some researches about weight training, health and nutritions.
