Kasia has been an absolute joy to work with. She has great knowledge and has helped me gain muscle while losing fat to help me achieve more the physic I am aspiring to be. During our 3 months she always checked in on me as well as was happy to tweak certain things such as change my calorie intakes on certain days to help make my fitness journey more suited to me. She is fantastic and if anyone needs a personal trainer she is the best!

Before working with Kasia I was completely demotivated and unfit. Due to long working hours and personal struggles I found myself binge eating a lot of food without doing any exercise - partly because of not having the time but mainly because I had no interest in going to the gym as I always found the environment there quite intimidating and didn’t really know what to do.
I was also worried that I would not be able to follow the programme or manage to physically keep up and do the exercises. I was also concerned that I would not be able to commit to it enough to get good results.
Working with Kasia has been amazing! The process has been hard at times, especially in the very beginning, but extremely rewarding. I always feel comfortable sharing my worries or concerns and I know I can trust and rely on the advice that she gives me, which is always tailored to my needs.
So far I have seen multiple successful results. I feel like my mindset and the way I approach food, exercise and life generally has completely changed in the best way possible. I lost the weight that I wanted and hit all the targets and goals that we set for example, I can now do 15 push ups in a row, but could barely do 3 when I initially started training. I am now focusing on lifting heavier weight and I’ve never felt better with myself - all thanks to Kasia!

I've been working with Kasia at the Gym in Vauxhall and she's the best!
I wasn't sure if I needed a PT program because I didn't really want to lose weight, I just wanted to get toned. I didn't think I would see big results in 90 days because I was already pretty "thin" and had been going to the gym 3x per week on my own. I actually saw huge results and learned so much.
Before, I was mostly doing HIIT workouts or using dumbbells. I was always sweating and sore so I thought I was doing something right. Now I only spend 3-4 hours in the gym per week, eat whatever I want, and actually understand the nutrition/protein side of things.
Kasia's program is worth the investment if you're not seeing much results with your own workouts and want someone who will teach you everything you need to know!!

Before working with Kasia I couldn’t stay motivated for longer than a week, it would be one week on/one week off, over and over again, but now Kasia has pushed me forward into a new routine and lifestyle that I have now maintained for 3 months rather than just 3 weeks.
I was hesitant to start because I didn’t know if I would be able to stick with it but Kasia is so positive and determined and that definitely helps with motivation to stay on track and reach your goals! Kasia has taught me everything I know. She has given me a routine with a variety of different excercises and always pushes me to do more. She has taught me how to make healthier food choices without completely cutting any food groups out. I have experienced both zoom and gym sessions which has equally given me results. With her help, I have dropped 10kg within the first three months and have lost 6.5 inches from the waist and stomach. I could not have done this without her. I started my fitness journey with Kasia a couple of years ago and it's been the best experience. Kasia has a lot of patience and dedicates a lot of time to her clients. I had limited fitness experience and Kasia helped me understand the importance of good nutrition, strength training, stretching, etc and everything is personalised. I started working with Kasia during lockdown. Although this wasn’t the initial plan, I have achieved great results from home. Kasia has provided me with work outs I can do from home, with minimal equipment, as well as providing an amazing food plan which doesn’t restrict any foods. We have worked together to build habits which are healthy, manageable and sustainable in the long term.
We have regular catch ups to discuss how things are going, how I’m feeling, work outs I’m finding tough or too easy. She is flexible and understanding so we can regularly swap things around, in or out. The catch ups also really help keep me on track and It makes me feel accountable. I started training with Kasia in Jan 2020 and have loved every second of it! My goal was to get leaner and gain muscle. 5 months down the line and I’m in the best shape of my life and it’s all come down to Kasia’s training methods and nutritional guidance. What I’ve thoroughly enjoyed about Kasia’s approach, was how sustainable it’s been. For example, when it came to food, Kasia has taught me how to change my eating habits gradually so that I’m eating better and smaller portion sizes that still leave me full. What I appreciate about her guidance is that no food is off limits, you just need to be mindful about the quantity and that’s why my new food plan has been so sustainable and I haven’t ‘fall off the wagon’ in terms of my cravings or binge eating. Kasia’s food plan has enabled me to still enjoy eating out with my friends whilst working towards my body goals!
With training, Kasia’s found creative way for me to train my different muscle groups so that each session is enjoyable and a good level of challenging. Also what’s been amazing, is that despite the gym being closed for lockdown I’ve still been able to maintain my training schedule with Kasia virtually and have even managed to improve my fitness levels - which, I didn’t think would be possible during this time!
I highly recommend anyone looking to slim down and improve their fitness levels to look into training with Kasia. I’ve honestly loved the results and feel so confident in myself now! Thank you Kasia for helping me get to where I am and feel excited to show off my gains!

I began my 6th week with Kasia today. she has been checking on me regularly and is there for me at the end of the phone! We have weekly mentoring/checking day, and I can always message her with any questions or worries. She is very professional, no judgmental and happy with small successes.
