Started training with Kit remotely during lockdown last year. Kit was very knowledgeable and articulate. She always listened to feedback and was available for questions whenever needed. Through Kit's encouragement I went from seeing training as a limited time programme to a long term lifestyle change. I cannot recommend Kit highly enough to anyone looking to improve not only their body and fitness but also their knowledge for a healthier lifestyle.

I've been training with Kit for a little under a year and straight from the start she's been incredibly encouraging, supportive and fun. She's not only helping me achieve my goals but she's made me love working out and weightlifting. Kit is a no-BS trainer and won't result to shortcuts which is exactly why you can trust her, she knows what she's talking about and she won't ever make you feel bad about your body or capabilities.
Our sessions together are always challenging but I always look forward to them (which is saying a lot!), and I love seeing how strong I've become - and will continue to become - thanks to her.

I started coaching with Kit in 2014 and have experienced the most - if not only - effective body transformation I ever tried (and believe me there were many!) . I've learnt how to sculpt my body through proper weight training and correct nutrition. She gave me the skills and tools to make these changes; I train heavy, eat well and keep getting stronger. Kit was very patient with teaching me proper exercise technique, but she also knew when to push and motivate me to go beyond my comfort zone. This balanced approach is what makes her plans so enjoyable and sustainable. We will continue working together in 2017 and beyond I hope!
