My experience with personal trainers prior to Aggie often left me to feel exhausted and resentful. I was blessed to meet Aggie some years ago. She has been the best trainer by far. She managed to keep my fitness and health on track whilst still challenging me enough to see results. Everything that seemed impossible at the beginning, after 3 months I had already achieved to loose weight, to improve my diet and look fitter. Angie has been a good friend for a long time and I always knew how passionate she is about what she does. So I finally decided to ask for her help when I reached rock bottom after the first lockdown! I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars! Angie and I have been working together for about 4 1/2 months on my body transformation. So far, I have lost nearly 20 pounds and increased my muscle mass by 8%. Angie is not only a gifted trainer, but a good person. When she is training you, you will get 100% of her attention. She is dedicated to physically training her clients and using science to improve your outcomes. She provides you with knowledge about your body and how various foods support muscle creation or not :). Twice, I have had to travel for nearly four weeks. Each time I traveled Angie created exercise plans for me to follow that would allow me to stay on-track and keep me focused on my goals. Angie will work you hard, but the results you see will make every drop of sweat worth it!
