Luke is an excellent personal trainer and he has actually changed my attitude towards fitness and exercise. Initially I had only intended to do a short 6-week course of PT, but have been training with Luke for over 2 years now. Luke genuinely cares about helping his clients achieve their goals and he's so lovely to work with. His sessions are challenging but he has a way of motivating and encouraging you to want to work hard.

Luke is a great PT. I have been training with several PTs over the past few years but Luke really cares about your wellbeing and makes you motivated to get better, session after session. Not one session is the same and he's really adapting the session to your needs and interests.
I love the flexibility as well as the creativity Luke brings to every session. With Covid, we've been training in the park next door and you realise how much you can do with little equipment and a great PT.

I have been using Luke as a PT for over a year. I had been with my previous PT for a number of years and was apprehensive of moving to someone new when she left to work elsewhere.
I had nothing to worry about! Luke is professional, inspirational, and great fun to train with. Luke has an impressive knowledge and his training reflects this. Every session is challenging, varied, and enjoyable. It’s always a good sign to ache for the next few days in my view!
I have continued to use Luke during lockdown and he has been extremely flexible when it comes to Zoom based training. His sessions over Zoom, despite the challenges of this medium, continue to push me and improve my flexibility, strength, and agility. Thanks Luke! 😊

Luke has been my PT for almost 5 years, twice a week, and it’s because he is the best. From strength to cardio, mobility, breathing techniques, body weight, heavy weights, we covered it all, in a fun but challenging manner, always listening to the body and mind. I cannot recommend him enough. I have tried all kinds of sport and fitness activities, but used to get bored quite quickly. Luke kept on changing my training routine, pushing limits or slowing it down, adapting to my goals and I never got bored. Unfortunately, we relocated abroad, and despite him starting as a mobile PT, France is probably a step too far! Shame. I wish him all the best!

I have been training with Luke for a couple of months now, and I am really glad I hae been training with him! He goes the extrra mile to help his clients with any questions they have, from the correct way to do an exercise to nutritional advice. He is very encouraging and supportive, making you feel comfortable from the first session. Luke is the best Personal Trainer I have ever worked with!
I hadn't done any training for an extended period of time due to injury. Luke managed to design a programme for me that took this long break into consideration but also really pushed me and got me back to a high level of fitness in just a few weeks. The guidance on nutrition and healthy behaviours has also been invaluable for shedding the extra pounds I had put on during my injury layoff.
