Matteo and I met in early 2021 as I wanted a coordinated programme with a West London trainer local to my home. I did quite a bit of research and after a detailed chat on the phone about my objectives, we met and committed to a schedule. I am SO glad I met him - I really look forward to our sessions and he is always on hand to answer questions and motivate during the week. He’s super knowledgable / professional but, most of all, he’s friendly and patient. Sometimes this is just as important.

I can't rate Matteo more highly. I had long term injury concerns and was nervous of attending a gym for the first time at 72. The threat of statins for high cholesterol finally made look for a local personal trainer. I have trained with Matteo for just two months. He has taught me so much about the arts and science of weight and strength training. He also advises on diet to supplement the benefits of his fitness programme. Matteo

Absolutely love training with Matteo. His style combines an element of fun with a varied program of workouts. As a result I’m more toned and have more definition than I’ve ever had! Matteo is a fitness wizard! He makes each and every training day enjoyable, so much so that you look forward to testing your physique to the max. I was a cub when first being trained but after 2 months I am now a lion. Matteo shows a you a variety of exercises and the correct form to complete these with an end fitness goal that is attainable. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as he is a trained professional and a master of his craft.

I strongly recommend Matteo. It is the best fitness instructor I ever met in my entire life. He will push behind your limit. I have been struggling in the last my 10 years with my weight and shape, focus too much on long low frequency cardio routine which resulted to destroy most of muscle and slow down my methabolism. In 7 weeks Matteo rebuilt my body and I never feel good in my entire life.He explained how to work with weight properly without became bulky It is very demanding and disciplined trainer and he will make you sure you reached and pass your peak but the end result are amazing.I Simply cannot believed what i achieved in 7 weeks only. Matteo runs excellent football fitness and skills classes for kids - we go to the one in Hanwell Community Centre on a Wednesday eve. Am SO pleased to have found this class for my two boys (age 4 and 6) as the over-emphasis on matches in other classes have really put them off. Here they get a really great run-around and I feel they are actually learning! Really recommend.

Have never been a massive fan of going to the gym, yet Matteo has completely changed my mentality with fun sessions that keep me wanting to come back for my next session. I feel fitter, healthier and now am able to get more from day to day activities when before I'd get tired quite easily. Can't thank Matteo enough. Great trainer, great guy!

As a ex semi-professional footballer, MC Peak Performance & Fitness helped me massively in the off season. I was kept in great physical condition and did a range of mobility drills to keep me agile and suitably prepared for the upcoming season. Great credit is due to Matteo and the exercises he put me through and now being away from football his personal training sessions keeps me fit and healthy and helps me achieve my goals of maintaining strength and peak physical shape. Highly would recommend, try a free taster if he has any on offer you wouldn't be disappointed.

Been going to the gym for a few years now - trained in classes along with Gym staff and also done some PT sessions in the past. Moved to this gym for a while and decided to take a program of PT sessions with Metteo.
Simply put, best trainer I have come across to date. Has given me sessions that appear easy however have worked me harder than I have in years, in a good way! Plenty of good aches the next day after PT and strength is increasing, cardio improving.
His eye for detail is amazing and I have definitely improved my control even in a few weeks.
The above might sound OTT however its not.. highly recommended.

This season I started using the Youth Development Package by MC Peak Performance & Fitness to provide strength and conditioning sessions for my youth football team. The sessions have been excellent, and I have already started to see the effects with enhanced performance and a preseason without injuries. The group sessions are tailored so that they match each individual player's needs, I hadn't seen strength and conditioning sessions to this level of detail before. I would recommend the Youth Development Package to all coaches of youth sports teams!
