I love training with Polina, with her guidance I’ve achieved so much more than I ever thought was possible. I began with no ideas about weight training and now I feel confident to go into any gym and use the free weights. The community she has built with Meanfitoxes is really supportive and welcoming. Polina always has an adaptation or work-around for any obstacles or injuries which has been so helpful, you could really begin from any fitness level. The option to train on Zoom from anywhere means there’s always a way to squeeze in a session, even if you are away with no equipment Polina will think of something!! Thanks Polina!

I started training with Polina in March 2020 and am so grateful to have found her and the Foxes crew. Polina is not your average trainer. She creates fun and challenging personalised workouts which I do during small group sessions. With Polina's support I have developed a love of weights training and confidence in how to use my body (and the gym, previously an intimidating space!). She is also a truly holistic coach, offering guidance and adaptation around real life. She checks in regularly outside of sessions and is really committed to my wellbeing; suggesting recipes and being an accountability buddy for early nights! I am so glad to be part of the lovely inclusive community she has created, and couldn't recommend her services enough!

I've trained with Polina for three years now, both in-person and throughout the entire lockdown, and I'm endlessly grateful to her for the unwavering support and structure that she's given me. I've gone from never setting foot in the weights area of the gym, all the way to feeling fully confident walking into any unfamiliar gym full of strangers and heading to the free weights and just getting on with training.
Pol's style means pushing yourself to do the things that you definitely can do but didn't realise that you could - getting just that perfect amount out of your comfort zone. I'm capable of so much more than I thought I was, and my training with Polina has really helped me realise this.
I also love having the community of foxes who all train together - I feel very safe and comfortable around all of them and having everyone there together is really motivating for training!

Polina is so passionate about what she does and truly injects it into the people she works with. She's always there to help you every step of the way, pushing you but not crushing you. I am so lucky to have Polina as a trainer, especially during my pre and post natal training which I cannot imagine having done with anyone else. Her knowledge and experience is second to none and I felt confident and safe training and weightlifting all through my pregnancy and my recovery. C'est une amie qui m'a recommandé Polina. Je n'avais pas la moindre idée quel genre d'entrainement elle faisait.
Polina est bien plus qu'une coach, elle est toujours disponible, à l'écoute, te pousse, prend le temps de t'expliqué, hyper bienveillante.
Polina m'a fait découvrir et aimer l'haltérophilie, un sport qui n'est pas assez mit en valeur. Je me rend compte que j'avais des préjugés sur ce sport. Je n'imaginais pas que j'étais capable d'effectuer les mouvements d'haltéro. Ce sport et Polina m'ont tellement apporté dans ma vie. Etant rentrer en France, je suis ravie que Polina continue de me coaché online avec toute la Team Foxes.
